Ordered through doordash. Asked for extra Chilli but got mostly lettuce and chips with a less than usual amount of chilli and shredded cheese. Also didn't come with sour cream or taco sauce like I ordered. I usually don't leave reviews but they are NEVER consistent when it comes to the proportions of the Taco Salad. Get it together Sheetz.

Spent $32.00 for four subs and none of them had what was ordered. When your order is in front of them in black and white, how do you get it wrong? Very disappointed with everything.

I'm over this location, we spend $30+ every day and a basic bag to carry 2 liters is just asking too dang much. Not to mention can't even read an order receipt to ensure customers get what they pay for. Sadly, it's now completely up to you as a customer to ensure proper order standards. Don't expect this poor excuse for customer service to do anything beyond being a register zombie. The blatant sexism by the female employee working register at 6:20pm on Sun. Dec. 12. She has an extreme hatred & disrespect for males yet treats females far superior. I'm a female btw but couldn't stomach the complete indifference.

I'm from Florida, and every year when I come to WV with my dad, we look forward to coming here. They always have good food and snacks for late at night and is just a great place to hang out.

This place is clean. There is a lounge area where I can enjoy a cup of coffee with friends if I want. Their is a few choices of clean (Non-GMO/Organic) snacks​ and the best gas station food. They also have a decent choice of IPA beer.I will always stop at this place before anywhere else.

As with most Sheetz, the place is inviting. The Philippi Sheetz is generally clean and without lines. The food service is stead paced and the food quality is acceptable. Definitely one of the better locations!

I went to Philippi sheetz around 11 pm to get a few subs and some fries and I waited at least 20 minutes for my food and when I got it the lid wasn’t even on my bbq sauce, the whole inside of the bag was covered in bbq sauce, and the wrapper on my sub was completely covered in it too, my fries were cold and soggy with basically no salt, and my subs were hard and the bread wasn’t even together. I’ve never been disappointed with this sheetz like I was tonight.

Dont get enough chili or nacho cheese on the nacho. Needs to use head salad for salads or shreaded lettuce. Cucumbers had been frozen. Not enough chilli on hot dogs. Fries need to be done a little more then what they are now. Never have Krispy Kreme donuts.

Ppl stand around and chit chat in the middle of the store and then you hve to walk around. And the mountains dew is clear up on the top shelf in the freezer and diet dew is in the middle shelf im short and i got the wrong one and had to take it back oover all i would recommend though 😆 and its right beside a covered bridge that was so cool.
