The store has gone downhill a good bit since opening several years ago. It's very dirty and cluttered and the aisles always seem to blocked by pallets of merchandise which make it hard to get to what you need. They also seem to be understaffed with usually one check out open and long lines to check out.

My app wasn't working for coupons and the cashier was really wonderful with working with us most cashiers would have gotten mad but she was very professional. She needs a raise bc that kindness doesn't happen often.

Update: The store has been remodeled to become a clone of other large DG stores. I like some of the expanded merchandise, but not all. Still a convenient place to shop.

I like the new floor design. The manager isn't really friendly, actually not much of the staff is. It is cleaner now and easier to navigate.

Service is very erratic. Management and home office are indifferent to complaints. Some staff are excellent and friendly but that seems more like luck than the result of reliable management.

Good prices, great variety & selection....store is just piled up with merchandise however. Hard to get through some aisles; impossible to get through others.

It could be alot better if the Ailes where clean out and stuff put on the shelves . And cleaned. It's so dirty and cant get through the store well.
