Portions are about 2x bigger in this part of the country than back up north. Great ice cream. The cone pictured is a small. I don't know how you can put any more ice cream on a cone if you order a medium or large.

I came to pickup ice cream for my co workers at the hospital last night. We get ice cream there pretty frequently, and it is always good. I accidentally dropped one of the ice creams in my truck. The girls working were so kind to me. They gave me wipes to clean up the ice cream, got me more ice cream, and offered to get me some water to help clean off my floor mats. We were having a rough night at work, and their kindness meant a lot to me. ❤️

I absolutely LOVE this little shack. I always get a cookie dough snowflake and a massive cone at some point during my trips to Elkins. Anyone ever in this region of West Virginia needs to come here. It's so cheap and tasty I love it!

On the highway, a great place to get soft serve. Great prices, delicious flavors and a lot of variety to choose from. Highly recommend this place if you love soft serve ice cream

The ice cream was delicious as usual but the drive through operator failed to comprehend my order and had to ring me up 3 times. I finally accepted the order I was given and drove off. She acted as if no one had ever ordered 3 kids cones and 2 regular cones before. I drove away with 4 small cones :-(

Small building, but staff was very organized and friendly. For how crowded it was they got our order out rather quickly.Kid-friendliness: It's ice cream.

This is our favorite place to go each night we are here doing Missions work for World Vision. This is dessert heaven: soft serve cones piled high, snowflake mixed ice cream, shakes, slushies, and a few fast food items. Everything is fabulous! Great old time walk up counter.

Poor service, very little icecream in cone,paper sleeve had hole in bottom making a real mess in car.No napkins given with ice cream.Persons handling dirty money and ice cream with same gloves. I will contact health department tomorrowCalled to talk to management not there. Person I spoke to could care less.

Rude employees. Food is fresh and hot. The infamous raspberry ice cream is just pink/purple vanilla. Doesn't taste anything like raspberry. The french fries were hot, fresh and really good.

Dairy King is the go to place for all things Ice cream, not to mention chili dogs! Prices are reasonable and the peanut butter shakes are out of this worl! So, wether you just want a simple vanilla cone, a fudge sunday or banana split, Fairy King has you covered!!!

I got a hot dog with everything on it and something new I tried was fries with coleslaw on top which was delicious then I had a float with vanilla ice cream (also great)
