Me and my wife have been going here for as long as I can remember, we have a very picky pup when it comes to letting people do anything to her and she has always loved the staff here. Not only are they great with our pets their prices aren't gonna break ur bank account we've had quite a bit of different things done here surgeries included and never had to stress if we could pay or not. Highly recommend for the Giles county/ West Virginia and surrounding counties

The lack of concern from staff and doctor lead me to take my dog elsewhere. He was admitted to a hospital immediately overnight and within days had to be put down.When I called to let the staff know he had passed and to send my other animals records to my new vet I barely got any sympathy. They didn’t even send my animals records over either. The new vet had to call and ask for them.The hospital I had admitted him to overnight who he wasn’t even a patient of even sent me a sympathy card in the mail. Nothing from Tri county.

I have a 9 year old male cat who we suspected had a UTI, which turned out to be a blockage that was very, very hard to clear. Dr. Linda never gave up on him. It took a little over two weeks of various treatments, but he is back home and I am overjoyed. She and her staff genuinely care about our pets and I will never take any of my animals anywhere else. I honestly believe she lost as much sleep over my sweet boy as I did. Everyone was so kind through his stay at Tri County, and didn’t mind when I called and came to visit him. Would recommend them to anyone who loves their pets like family.

I've had 2 dogs fixed here and have had no issues. Recommend other owners to them, they even got us in a week earlier then we were supposed to get our little fur baby fixed originally. There's alot about them that I like. Super friendly staff and very informative.

I absolutely love this place. They aren't like the other vets I've visited. They haven't pushed things on me. They are quick to do checkups. Quick to cut my dog's nails. They are super nice to my Child - they involve her in the appointment by asking her questions and they even showed her some kittens last time and let her pick out a name. Very chill vibes. My favorite part is they AREN'T PUSHY. The vet in jumping branch always pushed expensive products on me and didn't want to help me with cheaper options. This vet is compassionate and understanding when it comes to the cost of things. I love going here.

Being a walk-in was a long wait. There has to be a better solution. Nonetheless, the service was good. Unlike other places I went to, they don't inform you of the price without asking ourselves. I really think they should incorporate the estimated cost before going forward. Fortunately, I had a range of what it would cost. I am thankful because today, my girl is showing signs of feeling much better. She got a good night's sleep, too.

My husband and I had to have our beloved dog put to rest and Dr. Faye came out to our country cabin. We are both so thankful for her wonderful approach and professionalism. Though this end of life experience is never easy her presence with us and our dog made things easier and more bearable. She was a tremendous comfort and made the experience for my elderly dog both pain and stress free. Thank you for your life Dr. Faye.

The first experience I had here was okay even though admittedly I was late for the appointment for which I apologized profusely as life happens!!! (The first appointment We had a cat come back wobbling and im sure she wasnt before the spay! The cat will never walk straight again. She has trouble walking, jumping, running) The next three experiences I've had with the lady that answers the phone: TERRIBLE!My daughter left a review months ago where they called an old number for the 2nd time and we missed appointments that we direly needed. Yesterday I called to ask for the date of the re-scheduled appointment because it was so many months out that I forgot and I was told at first they couldn't find the appointment then told it was last week and guess what phone number they called? They called the wrong number 3 times now even though I've updated it all three times. This unprofessionalism has resulted in so much unnecessary strife for the animals and us. I waited and waited to post a review because one of the vets was a sweet and kind lady!!! It's the other vet answering the phone that lacks any social manners. Thanks for being only one of two vets that accepts the vouchers we had and thank you for not helping whatsoever. You made this so much easier on us.

I took my dog to get a cushing's disease test and the vet working that day had apparently gotten up on the wrong side of the bed. She was offended by the fact that I had chosen her clinic because it fit into my budget. She also does not seem like a very personable person, or maybe she is just burnt out from years of dealing with animals. If someone in this line of work can not be friendly with people, I definitely would have second thoughts about going away and leaving my pet in their hands. I was not impressed with this place at all mainly just due to the attitude. I will not be back.

Linda is the best. Had a boxer puppy get a broken leg and other vets looked at it and wanted to do sx. $4000-$5000 surgery. She took a look at him and said he will do fine with a cast. Weekly cast changes and vitamins to strengthen his bones and muscles he was cast free in 5 weeks! And now doing great!

I took my Dog on September 10th. We waited in the car and then they came out and got him for his appointment. He was in there for about 15 mins and then he was all done. He had his yearly shots, a heartworm test and a couple of things checked that I was worried about. They put my mind at ease and they were also reasonably priced! I even purchased a 12 month supply of Heartgard for my dog! I was expecting to have to pay way more than my bill because of my previous experiences with other Veterinarian offices. I will definitely be back!

Was visiting the area from North Carolina and after a hike I noticed that my new puppy was COVERED in ticks. On the phone they were rude and just said not accepting clients even after I explained my situation. I was unfamiliar with the area and did not know where else to go. They eventually said I could pick up some shampoo. Well they were even worse in person, especially the blonde vet(I didn't get a name). The vet tech, brunette, was a bit more helpful but I couldn't get over the cold demeanor of the other vet. Would not recommend!

To the front desk lady that I talked to, you are extremely RUDE. Don’t work in customer service if you are going to be that rude to somebody. You’re lucky that I kept my composure and didn’t cuss you out. So rude. Do NOT take your pets here. The way she disrespected me I wouldn’t trust anybody to take care of my pets.

Thank you Tri-County Veterinary Services. With my dog getting older I knew something was wrong. I was terrified to find out. Terrified I wouldn’t be able to afford what she would need. Her appointment was very afordable, along with her medicines. My dog is far more comfortable and feels so much better! Thank you. ❤️,

not to be that person but if i could leave 1 star i would. i took my puppy in to be spayed a month ago. when i took her to get spayed they did not provide me any updates about her surgery until i called them multiple times and they finally answered. a week later i had to take her to an emergency vet because her incision got infected due to them not providing my dog with any antibiotics post surgery or a cone big enough to stop her from licking her incision. 2 weeks later her incision healed but her stitches were still there. i was told by tri county to cut the stitches out myself because they needed to be taken out. a week later i was told to do so, i decided to cut her stitches out. today i am again at another emergency vet because she has a huge lump the size of a baseball surrounding her incision site and it is yet again infected. by the time i am done with this vet visit i will have spent 2x as much if not more i spent to get her spayed in the first place. would definitely not recommend going to tri county as a first option to get you pup spayed unless you want to deal with the multiple series of unfortunate events as i have.

I had to have Big Sissy my 15 year old cat to sleep. Poor little baby was in bad shape. I sure miss her! I had her put to sleep at Tri-County Veterinary. They even worked with me and Cremated her for me. I had to pay all before could pick her back up. They were a Awesome group of people working there. They were so good to me while going through a very hard time! Definitely recommend them!

Just had our first experience with Tri-County. One of our goats is not well. Dr. Faye was available to come right out to our property to help. Dr. Faye is very personable and seemed to have a very sensible approach to animal care. Besides helping us with our goat, she was a great help with her added advice and it was really fun just talking to her. Thanks Dr. Faye!

Reasonably priced, always kind and willing to answer questions. I was able to get my cat seen urgently the same day. Well worth the 45 minute driving and cheaper then the places further east.

I have to say these wonderful people really care about all animals. They treat cats to horses and more, they really try to help and take the extra step everytime. Very courteous and caring. I had several of my pets visit them and have been pleased everytime. I have even had to lose a very special cat there and they shown so much care to her and me as well. Will go there always

Just thought very unfriendly on the phone and in person. Always seemed like if you had a question or even ready to pay you seemed to be a burden to them. All we had was a nail trimming seeing our normal vet is thirty minutes away and Tri was only minutes saw no need to go that far just for that. From now on we will. They seem to love and care for our/other people's animals alot more there.
