Purchased a Central boiler Classic Edge 760 HDX and had installed by them, no complaints what so ever, communication with Josh was top notch, called me the day it showed up in his hands to schedule delivery and install! Very pleased with Bee Tree Spas and Pools!! Install crew did a outstanding job, quick and quality work! Would highly recommend these guys for your outdoor wood stove needs if your looking, you have found the right place and the right people! 5 stars is all that you can choose but its a 10 out of 10 for me. Very satisfied customer!

After making the initial review and it was time to use the wood burner, the service and communication went downhill fast when there was an issue with the wood burner not communicating with our forced air system. When I called for assistance the reply was "what do you want me to do?" On subsequent calls Josh was very rude, raised his voice and told me "he did not have time to go to speak with the men who installed it as they were in the field working, that he was busy, had 12 different things coming at him, and that he did not promise someone would call me back." Our HVAC technician was willing to try to fix the issue if they would call him, I gave Josh his number but he did not call him. There has been zero follow up from Bee Tree and we are still unable to use our new boiler with the thermostat as it was intended. We purchased the boiler from another dealer but Bee Tree furnished all parts and did all install. The pex lines are all drooping now that there is hot water in them, it is an unprofessional looking job. We paid Bee Tree over $6400.00 of that $3200.00 was labor. All of our “excellent communication” was before any issue.Excellent communicationand very friendly staff. Came to Marion, Va and hooked up our wood burner.
