We drove 3.5 hours here from Beckley to purchase two motorcycles. Lacey and the entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Plus the price could not be beat! (We saved almost $4k on the two motorcycles from what we were quoted in our hometown.) We will definitely drive back here for our future motorcycles instead of giving business to the terrible dealership in Beckley. Five stars—all the way!

Awesome experience! I tried to buy locally but the money saved by driving 5hrs to see Eric (my sales person) and Marcus (the money man) was well worth it. A day away from work plus just an awesome dealer. They have everything! I've never seen so much inventory. Pricing on the website was spot on, called to confirm it and when I arrived, in and out in 30mins with no surprises! Such a good experience I'm sure I'll be coming back for the next motor-toy.

"The staff at Tri County Honda was amazing and friendly from the moment we walked in the door. My husband had spoken to Lacey on the phone prior to our visit and we were excited to meet her. She was not only friendly but knowledgeable about all of the products that Try County offered. When you go to purchase any kind of vehicle you come to expect a hard sales pitch but at Tri County it felt more like visiting our family for the holidays. We have been married for 30 years and this was one of the best dates we have been on in a long time. We even had a great hamburger at Su's Restaurant which was attached. We tried our hand at darts and visited with Lacey's grandma. She was amazing. The sales price was better by thousands than anything we found near us in VA so the hour and half drive was well worth it. Lacey even came running up to us right before we were signing our check to tell us that she had gotten us an even better price. She did not need to do that and it just goes to show you how honest a dealer they are. We will be returning customers and we will be referring our friends to Try County Honda. They are amazing and real people. Five stars is not enough. They deserve 100!"

Believe it or not, I bought a new Harley Sportster Super Low for my wife here. The purchase process was wonderful. If you have been car or moto shopping recently, you will appreciate the following:1. When i called about the moto, they said it was still there....AND it really was!2. The year they said online was really the year and the mileage really the mileage.3. They stayed after close for us (even though they had a baseball game)4. Lacey and JW were great!!The only reason not 5 stars is that when we left the tank was almost empty (although i didn't know). To be fair Lacey asked if i wanted them to fill it, but I said "naw, theres probably enough." so probably really my fault more than theirs.

Called when a search said they had an obsolete part for a 51 year old Yamaha. Not only did they have one they made the transaction over the phone and sent it promptly. Not only did I get the part fast it was very well packed to avoid any chance of damage. If they go to this level for an old $35 part I can only imagine their level of service on their other inventory. Awesome experience.

Definitely worth the drive!We drove 3 hours to Tri County to get a 250 Honda magenta atv. Definitely glad we did! We saved $2,000 and dealt with a lot nicer people. We spoke to Lacey over the phone, who helped us lock the bike in to be ours and then saw her dad, Eric when we got there.Would definitely go through the hike again in the future. They had a lot more inventory than anyone near us, that's for sure!

We drove in from out of state to buy a TeryX4 here and the whole process was amazing; it was almost too easy. Eric was hands down the best "salesperson" we have ever met, not pushy at all and jut let us check it out without any pressure. Everything you need here. The prices are great and the staff is very knowledgeable! They sell bikes of all kinds and can get anything part wise you need. I don’t go to the Harley shop to get anything. These guys get it in at 1/4 of the price for the same things.

"My friends and I were on the Mid Atlantic Backroad Discovery Route and completing MA 4 and found that we needed assistance for a front tire issue and a rear brake issue. We called ahead and Dustin told us to come on in and they'd work us in. We arrived around 1130 AM, and they got on it quickly and completed our repairs in the time it took us to eat lunch. Dustin and AJ were knowledgeable, courteous, personable and professional. Incidentally, the attached restaurant served an excellent meal as well with a friendly helpful staff. We were on our way again before 2 pm with repaired motorcycles and full tummies! A great experience."

I have bought 2 bikes from Tri County! Neither was in stock but I left my name and number with Lacey ! She came threw both times on bikes that are in very short supply all over the country !Most dealers I have dealt with won't even talk to you unless they have it in stock ! Not so with Tri County -Lacey remembered who I was and called me when she knew it was coming in ! They go the extra mile to get a sale !This kind of service sure is not available in Parkersburg ! I am very pleased with Tri County, starting with Lacey who I never got to meet. Made a purchase over phone with Lacey and would call for updates on delivery date. When she wasn't available I spoke with Eric, who was also very helpful over the phone. Finally the 520 was delivered from factory. I went to pick it up. Eric got Marcus to process the paper work with me. He was very nice and did it quickly and was very friendly. Then Simeon went over the operation of the vehicle and demonstrated a few things. Then I went to parts to check on some optional equipment. Kolten helped me choose and price some optional equipment and check on if they were in stock or had to be ordered. He was very helpful. I had a good experience at the dealership. Everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. I recommend Tri County dealership to anyone . Definitely worth the 3 1/s hour drive!I was searching everywhere for a 2022 Polaris RZR Pro XP4 sport. It was getting so bad that I wasn't even able to order one. Finally I found Tri County online gave them a call. I talked to Eric and he said I was in luck they still had one in stock. They where able to hold it for me and the rest is history. Once I got there the whole staff was very nice and welcoming. I would definitely drive out there again in the future for another side by side.

I shopped around for a 50cc kids ATV for a while before I stumbled on this place. They had a good price on a Polaris Outlaw and offered to hold it for me for a few days during the Christmas season while I arranged to drive out there from Southern Maryland. Speaking with Lacey over the phone to coordinate all that was a pleasure. She and Eric treated me so well I ended up making the drive all over again six days later to pick up a Polaris X2.Again, with next to no notice, Lacey and J.W. provided outstanding customer service and bent over backwards to get a winch and plow installed even after I told them not to sweat it. The prices here are pretty damn good and the customer service was refreshingly cordial and accommodating. I will definitely be making this drive again to pick up my next off road vehicle!

UPDATE: I since bought a side by side here as well. Still a great experience and I would go back here if I ever needed another ATV type vehicle.I bought two new ATVs here. Prices were good, best I could find in three states. Service is exceptional and staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I plan on buying another ATV soon and I will definitely come here first.

Would not buy from these people my son put $200 dollars down on a bike to hold when it came in with the expectation it was it was planned to ship any day We call after several weeks later hadn’t shipped yet. He found another bike and bought it because he races and his had broke, called to get refund and was told the one came in a few days ago, he got no phone that it was in or probably would of went after it, and this was not a special order bike it was one they had coming in already, but we was told NO refund then said I’ll check haven’t heard from them sense.
