Fred was extremely helpful and knowledgeable each time I DoorDashed to this store, great personality and kept a positive attitude throughout the whole night. When I finally ordered my food after doordashing, my food was well worth it. Fresh and hot! Thanks again Fred for all you do.

Everything always taste like old grease.And the coffee is set up so odd. Who designed this place a kid?You get your cup in one area walk past people waiting in another area, walk back to get cream. Stand in front of everyone waiting and moving to restroom and then try passing a highway full of waiting people. It's terribly designed and the coffee wreaks of pure bitterness.The design of Sheetz needs sorted out. The coffee and drinks need to be together. Nothing screams convenience for me.I do not go there! And the pumps are a joke. Why are they ten miles from the store front.The whole situation needs reconciled. Whoever thought of this concept needs to go back to the way it was before. This place is the worst!

Food was great!! The workers are always friendly and try to help. They are a little understaffed for the amount of business they do but the staff never stops moving and with a smile. I use them all the time.

This place has such amazing food made to order. My favorite has to be their pizza. I also really love the reese's hot chocolate.

I like they have made to order subs. There are kiosks to choose the type of bread and all the fixings. I like my cheese to be melted as the sub is toasted.

I would give no stars for my visit today if I could. I ordered food online and it took over 40 minutes to get the order. I don't usually complain but that's crazy. I asked a guy 30 minutes into the wait. My sub was in a bag waiting for curly fries. 10 minutes later I said I wanted my money back and that the sandwich had been sitting there 10 minutes. SpongeBob shirt girl not only wouldn't refund me but straight up lied to me saying it was only there 2 minutes. Finally get it and the fries weren't straight off the fryer hot. The sandwich had sit so long it wasn't warm anymore and the bread was so hard I couldn't eat it. My rat wouldn't even touch that bread. Just disgusting and unacceptable. The store won't answer the phone when I called. May never go back there again

Moved closer to this sheetz from the Moorefield one. Night and day between the two. This sheetz seems to have rude service in the night and the evening. The Last 3 orders have not been correct, two of them were missing items, and the last one did not have the selected items on it which one item was pepperoni which I paid extra money to have it added to my sub. The orders which were missing items were both missing fries because there were 2 fries ordered and only one in the bag. These were not seen until we got home and ive tried to call each time and the phone just continues to ring so I can't even talk to them about it. Truly disappointed because I visit the store atleast 4 times a week. I hope corporate will see this as I'm ready to find a new store to utilize my needs.

They did not refund my gas. After the gas hose busted when I first started pumping my gas, covering my leg and foot... Went and told her as soon as it happened they just moved me to another pump with the remaining amount. She just said I smelled like gas bad and to be careful. I will not be stopping at Sheetz anymore.

Why is regular 87 the same price as 89 and 91 today? It's all $3.86 and nobody could explain why. Every other Sheetz is $.50 less except for Moorefield and this. Something is up.

This location is small and when lines form, it's hard to move around the store, but the service was fast and friendly. Recommended as a great pit stop before a hike, or after.

Good and friendly service. No long waiting time for meals ordered. They got a lottery machine, if that's your thing. Everything else a sheetz has they got.

Grossly understaffed at critical times. I used to own the DQ down the street and would never have dreamed of having only 2 employees scheduled on a Saturday night.
