Almost perfect. Much better than most DQ's I have ate at. Fast and friendly servixe at noon on a tuesday. Fries and vurger were great vut they forgot to bring my ice cream so I will have to walk back up but that is a minor problem kind of like cold fries that have sat on your tray while you ate a sundae and a burger. Lol

Very clean and the employees were very professional. The owner was even working with the employees to keep the lines moving quickly. Everyone was greeting with a smile and politely. The ice cream was fresh and not melted and runny like McDonalds and the ice cream machines worked. My burger was very good and tasted like it came off the grill. Highly recommend these guys!

I haven't ordered another burger there since the last one I got was totally dripping with grease, the bun was soggy, and the cheese was all melted off and all over the box...not to mention the sandwich looked like a 3 year old had put it together. I miss their burgers too 😔 Now I always order fish sandwiches (with Xtra tartar sauce that I rarely get) Come on guys, you used to be better than this. The only time my order is right on the money is when Adam or this one female (don't know her name) is working.Dietary restrictions: Definitely not a good place for dietary restrictions

We stopped here while passing through town. From the reviews, I would have expected MUCH better. We ordered two burger meals and both burgers were some of the worst we’ve ever had. I’m used to DQ burgers having a grilled flavor instead of the microwaved, flavorless “meat” we had. The patties were barely warm and had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The microwaved burgers from the grocery store are better, honestly. The fries were mediocre as well. The only positive was the Oreo blizzard. Ugh! I wouldn’t return to this location again. What a waste of $20!

First of all I ordered a hot fudge and peanut butter sundae and we sit and wait at the window for 5 minutes before they even take our money and at last they mess up my sundae just basically poured just peanut butter on top of my sundae and forget about the hot fudge and we sit at the window for 5 minutes while the employee acted like he didn’t see us so I couldn’t even get my ordered fixed. I’ll never come here again.

That Barb women is rude as hell to customers and acts like she knows what she is doing but she doesn't know what she's doing. Especially with customer service and being friendly with customers. She's also rude to her employees and someone should do something about her.

Wonderful place to eat at a great price. I consider the $6 meal the best deal to be made in the whole town for the value vs the buck.For $6.36 you get a 3 pc chicken strip, cup of gravy to dip chicken or the fries that's included with the meal, lg drink, plus your choice of sundae, or you can get a burger instead of chicken.Where else in town can you get a complete meal like this at such a wonderful price? I haven't found it yet.Besides the great deal I mentioned above there is something else that Dairy Queen offers that is even more outstanding in my eyes than the $6 meal, and that is the great thing that Ray GIVES TO YOUR FUR BABY. If you make a purchase and your dog is along with you all you have to do is ask for a pup cup and you will receive one dip of vanilla ice cream for your baby. I have four babies that go with me all the x, & they know where they r at when I go to the Dairy Queen and whats on the way. This feature will keep me coming back time after time. I love my babies and strive to see see that they are happy campers.Thanks Ray Blum.

The cheeseburger was dripping in mustard and ketchup, the fries were so oily tasting neither one of us ate them but our dog enjoyed them. The actual burger had a weird taste. I guess things happen but was pretty disappointed.

The counter waitress did not know much about was being ordered. Manager was lazy. Had to repeat our order 3 times. There were no ketchup packets in the serving area. Had to ask them for them plus salt was mixed in with the paper and that should have been saperate.Features: There were none in place.

EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE. Owner seems to be onsite a lot and keeps the place managed, staffed, and clean. Service is fast and has that famous Dairy Queen flavor...These guys are working hard to keep up with COVID19 needs. Glad to seem them cleaning, sanitizing, and working hard to keep the public safe and healthy during these times.

I do not recommend this Dairy Queen located in Petersburg WV. I went thru the drive thru. The girl taking the order immediately seemed irritated that I was ordering more than 1 thing. My families order consisted of 2 meals, an order of fries, 2 shakes and a blizzard. She did not give me my total or repeat the order or even ask me to drive to the window. She asked if that was all after each item and that was all. There were 2 cars in front of me and when I got to the window she gave me the total $31.45, got payment, then proceeded to hand me 3 shakes. I said I only ordered 1 chocolate shake, 1 vanilla shake and a blizzard. She tells the girl next to her that I said I didnt order it and asked if she refunds me the product amount before or after tax. The girl tells her they only refund the product amount when a product is returned. She gives me money back and I said I didnt return it, I never ordered it and I paid you the total after tax so I should be refunded the amount after tax. She said loudly and rudely so you want the tax back too and I said yes I didn't order it and paid the total for it including tax. She handed me a dollar, closed the window and screamed I can't stand people! The other girl said what's wrong and she screamed this b*tch wanted the f'ing tax back too! A few minutes pass and she hands me 1 bag and closes the window. I didnt have everything so I didn't pull away. She opened the window said are you missing something and I said I dont have the side order of fries. She didnt say anything, closed the window and then handed me a small bag that had fries in it and closed the window. I was not given a receipt. I have never had someone who acted so unprofessional and immature. Apparently this establishment doesn't have any management onsite or provide proper training, oversight or employee behavior monitoring. Got back to our vacation rental and all the fries were very old and inedible. I will never return to this Dairy Queen again and do not recommend this location.

I like the 6 buck lunch...unlike McDonalds this place is not afraid to display its budget deals... Rock on Dairy Queen Petersburg!!!! still the best chain in town! And the ice cream goodies blow the doors off McDonalds! Boom!

I ordered cheeseburgers with mustard and onions. When they FINALLY brought them to the drive thru window, they had the wrong stuff on them. I told them I wanted only mustard and onions. The girl repeated it and I said yes ma'am. I got home and they had mayo and onions! What is so hard about putting mustard on a burger with the onions???
