I was served by the owner ,"Lee" who is highly knowledgeable and helped me figure out which windows were right for us, and helped me understand the installation process in my special case. He dealt very well with my wife who handles the accounts. The place is not really a showcase but ALL the windows can be seen and checked out. We have purchased both custom order windows and his factory surplus windows both are fair priced but you can save a lot of time and money buying from the overstock on hand st a deep discount. The quality is really great too! I would hate to shop elsewhere.

You absolutely cannot beat the prices.....brand new windows of every size at a fraction of the cost...and the owner could not be a nicer man, incredibly friendly and helpful! If you go here, please keep in mind that it is an outlet. ...be prepared to spend some time looking through all the windows for the sizes you need...and be prepared to be flexible in your choices...they have what they have and it's a great selection but if you're not someone who can be patient and flexible, this is not the place for you....also, ask about the GORGEOUS rocking chairs they make, all with good ol West Virginia wood! Helpful info...if you're someone who can't be on your feet for very long and/or struggle with stairs, you won't do well here...it is a warehouse environment.
