The one manager with short hair and glasses is very rude and disrespectful. She doesn't need to be a manager or be in that line of work with the attitude she has toward the customers. Not only did I have a problem with her but I've heard from several friends and family the same thing. Whoever runs that store needs to get rid of her and I don't like for anyone to lose their job but she needs gone or she needs to change her ways! I know some customers can be a pain, been there but there's better ways of handling situations without attitude. As for my experience with her there was no call for it, so I'll never shop at that store again!!!

My step mom, my little brother and my sister star and me just got done eating at dairy queen so star and i got separated so i was looking for her and well star heard me calling for her so she walked fast and that's when i found her by poking my head in an isle and a employee said "Aren't you two to old for hide and seek so settle down" she was very rude in her tone of voice and had no right to say any thing and my step mother said "we're not coming here again" we walked to the front door of family dollar and my step mom said loud enough​ to hear because the employee who was rude was up there with another employee "we're not dealing with rude ignorant People and we're not coming back to this store" with that we left and to say this im a teenager and so is my step sister we were doing nothing wrong and she had no right star was looking for us because she was puting something back and she thought a cart was behind her so she moved near the self but it was the rude employee and she was giving us a nasty look the whole time

You can never get anyone to answer the phone. Been calling the store for over an hour and all I get is the recording telling me to hang up and call back later. This is every day, never answers. Every time I go in the cashiers are sitting by the window playing on cell phones. This used to be a great place to go but not anymore.

I have shopped at two in the past 24 hours, 7th Street in Parkersburg and the one in Pennsboro. Both had friendly helpful employees. I recommend them both.

Stacy is very rude and unprofessional and constantly refusing to let customers use the restroom because she don't want to clean them. Needs new employees!

The manager was rude.. Don't try to use digital coupons here because the computers crash and you will be there for at least a half and hour..
