They close the restrooms around 6 but keep the store open until 9. They say it’s because of protocol but don’t say why they don’t shut down the restrooms closer to when the store shuts down. Crazy that they expect you to spend money in a store but close the restrooms hours before it closes. I left, because I had to go!

The Deli is 5 star for fresh baked goods and hot meals although it paints me to stand in line to be checked out while the cashiers stand around talk and gossip. A normal trip for something quick bread or milk can take as long as 15-20 min to get checked out, registers open nobody at the post and when they return to find products on the belts and no customer in sight it turns into a great debate of who it belongs too.. I shall give you a hint.. its the person that was in front of me... he walked away in front of your eyes and you never noticed because you are too busy gossiping or not paying attention and checking out your customers...

Not sure what happened with Steve upon his encounter with Roger and Kelli, but my family and I lived in Georgia and visited the Parsons/St. George area numerous times over the years and never had anything less than a fantastic experience when shopping at the store. All personnel there were always very polite and extremely helpful, always willing to go to any length necessary to assist me or anyone else that I observed to try to locate an item or price or work out any issues that may ever have arisen. We recently moved here and I have to say that I prefer the shopping experience here to any of the larger grocery stores, not just for the convenience of location, but for the overall experience and wonderful customer service that my family and I have ALWAYS received there and have witnessed others receive as well! Kudos to Roger and his staff not only for their respectful treatment of me and my friends and family but for all of the other special things that they take the time to do for the City of Parsons and the citizens who live in the area, whether they are customers or not. They always go above and beyond in serving our community and their efforts and respect for others and the citizens of the area does not go unnoticed or unappreciated by me, my friends, my family and the many, many people whom they serve. Thanks for being the kind of store and friends that make this a truly wonderful place to live, work and raise a family. Most people in other parts of our country and world would LOVE to have a place such as we have here!!!
