I ordered a basket of fries with extra salt got no salt, and barely any salt on my fries they taste like straight potato’s. The old women had a hateful look on her face and basically tossed the fries out the window. There was also some fuzzies on my fries due to dust build up. For a small McDonald’s in the middle of nowhere you would think they would be more clean, and kind.

Super small town McDonald's. I stopped here to use the amenities and get some food during a 6 hour road trip. There aren't many places to stop, so it was convenient. The food was typical McDonald's, not my first choice for food but was hot and fresh. The counter staff was friendly and polite. The restaurant looked well kept and clean. However, when I used the restroom, it was a disaster. It needs a really good scrubbing from top to bottom. It was filthy. It wasn't a day's mess either. This kind of mess takes days/weeks to build up. If the restroom was clean, it would have been a 5 star review.

Parsons West Virginia McDonald's is in a small town where everybody knows everybody I've been to this McDonald's on a regular basis until one day the cashier in the Drive-Thru had a problem with me and they did stuff to my food my grandchildren cannot eat there because you can't trust two people family members that will kick your food around drop your food on the floor and then serve it to you or just deep fry your hamburger I have complained so many times and this cashier's still working the drive through I'll take my business somewhere else

I really wish there was a way to give a place over 5 stars...because I would do it for this McDonald's. My family and I picked up a quick dinner as we headed home from a day of swimming...and after having McDonald's hundreds of times, you just come to expect a certain "blah" aspect about a hastily prepared burger or fries of unknown timestamps/unpracticed salting hands. That is not what I got from here. We did have to wait a few minutes, but nothing insane. Then when the food came, everything was so fresh and done perfectly. The fries were beyond outstanding. The hamburgers were juicy and fresh. The chicken was still steaming. We ordered a wide variety of food, and it was all hot, fresh, and frankly, outstanding. It reminded me of the excitement of what going to McDonald's was when I was a kid. Throughout the whole meal, it was all we could talk about. 10/10 would recommend, and we will be going back whenever we are in the area. I don't eat fast food much anymore...but this was a wonderful exception I will be repeating.

The morning crew got my breakfast order wrong. This must have been the second string morning crew, because they weren't the ones I'm used to seeing. It happens. What matters to me is how it's handled from there. I called later in the day and spoke with a manager about it. She said that she would leave a note of it and I could get what I had originally ordered at no cost on my next visit. I had no trouble the next time through and I will continue to give them my business when I'm working in the area.

It took forever to get waited on and it was 3pm, so it wasn't peak time. The sandwich had nothing on it. Had to ask for mayonnaise and salt and pepper. The chicken wasn't cooked all the way. The only reason I didn't take it back was because there was a long line. I had to wait for about 5 minutes to get out of my parking spot. The drive thru lane was backed up to the road. I will never go there again.

The employees were good and courteous! It took a bit to get through the drive-thru, but they had our large order correct and ready when we pulled up to the pickup window.I'm guessing they might have been understaffed, but don't know as we weren't inside.

Generally good and quick service, and generally clean. The prices are disgusting, but that's a problem with every McDonald's nowadays. Turnover seems high for employees at this location, and most of the employees are young and inexperienced. This sometimes results in slow service while new employees are learning their jobs, but this is made up for by the friendliness and the courtesy of the staff. One ongoing problem with this location is the overall dysfunctionality of the McDonald's app. I would estimate that the app seems to function properly about 80% of the time. Most of these issues are technical, and the employees do a good job of responding to app-related problems as they arise. Also, this particular location has been recently remodeled, and it looks very good inside.

Every year I go to quilt camp at Camp Horseshoe I always stop at Mac Donald's and get a bite to eat. Food is always hot and the employees are very friendly. Just wish my local Mac Donald's was this good .

Great little establishment. Too bad its so far away from where we live, it is better than the McDonald's we have in our area. The food is fresh and has a great taste. The fries are completely done and crispy just how they should be. Will stop again when we are back over that way.

Food and service OK, but two issues:Ordered breakfast with orange juice. The orange juice was extremely watered down, not much more than colored water. Very disappointing. Didn’t expect that at a McDonald’s.The parking/drive-thru area is very tight. If you park on the right side, you might come out of the restaurant and find that you cannot get out, you are blocked by the line of cars in the drive-thru. That’s what happened to us. Had to wait to get out.Other than that, the breakfast was good.

It is a McDonald's, and food expectation met... Where they really SHINED was fast, hot food and friendliness of service. I wanted a double quarter pounder cheese for my doggie -- lady taking food order immediately understood -- meat, cheese, bread only. Cashier & lady who delivered food both friendly with smiles. Very welcome after two days of traveling.

This is the first time I have been to this McDonald's. It is a quaint building with a functional design. Our food was warm and fresh, staff was friendly and efficient and we didn't have a long wait despite there being three vehicles ahead of us.

We went in for a quick late lunch. Service was quick, food was good, and employees were friendly. We ate inside and the booths and tables were clean and the napkins and straws and that kind of stuff was stocked and also was a clean area. Will visit again, if we are in the area.

I can always depend on McDonald's. Food is perfectly cooked and tastes great. The restaurant is always clean. The staff is always very polite and friendly. It's the best place for a quick meal to eat in the restaurant or to pick up at the drive up window for a to go order. Thanks McDonald's.

The McDonald's in Parsons WV got my order wrong. Ordered an egg, sausage, and cheese McMuffin and got an egg, sausage, and cheese biscuit. I brought it back for the McMuffin and they gave me the McMuffin and told me to keep the biscuit which I thought was nice. One problem, instead of an egg, sausage and, cheese McMuffin, I got an egg, bacon, and cheese McMuffin so they never got my order right.
