When entering the store the People greeter asked me if my dog was a service dog. He’s almost 6 years old (June). Yes, he is my service dog and he is very well behaved. I told the lady he was my farm animal, She should know by now. The same lady ask me all the time and nobody else. If I can push a cart and keep my dog right beside me. You can just tell by his demeanor that he’s trained and not just someone’s ESA.

I enjoy this store. It looks nice.The staff were helpful. However,I have experienced mistreatment of different employees by the head manager Julie B. there. She is very unkind to people she feels are beneath her. The Vienna store manager is much much more personable with everyone. There is a lot more volume of people at many times in Vienna but you can tell the people are much happier with their work. Appreciation from their leader means everything. I came into the Pike Street store before and personally experienced a wrath I'd never seen from ANYONE in lead management while Julie was out on the floor around many customers. She was extremely unprofessional.There's no place for that in a leadership role. I simply could not believe what I was hearing from her. You have other wonderful Managers in this store much kinder and more fitting for this role. More personable with everyone. Don't be fooled.

I bought a new cell phone plan and 2 new phones. Mark was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He helped us find the perfect plan for seniors and saved us money. I also bought a new laptop. The price was very economical.

Everything we needed was in abundance and priced competitively compared to other stores. Used our Walmart app to receive the added 10 cents off the already lowest priced gasoline ⛽️.

Great store. Still confused why not opened back up 24hrs a day. Needs to go back to these hours. Especially since the shelves never seem to be restocked or even close by 6am. Bring the 24hrs back please.

I got for my 86 year old mom the super soft cooling pillows and the copper infused pillows and she loved both choices. The lady in the electronics was excellant as she helped me find exactly what I was looking for and checked me out in electronics so my visit went so much smoother and I was on my way quickly.

Typical Walmart. Had what I needed for my visit and this location was clean enough. They need to have more registers open or change to mostly self checkout. Nothing bad about the location.

I just got out of Southside Walmart and wanted to share that Jani, a cashier, was the most pleasant associate I have met! She made sure she sanitized the belt and the machine, while nicely explaining that she likes to keep it clean. She was so kind and seemed as if she really enjoyed her job. What a neat way to be around her busy holidays! Thank you Jani- you made my day!

Convenient, fast, easy, to do orders to be delivered right to your home .Like ordering store list and have everything delivered in just a few hours I love it I don't have to worry about gas to go to the store or parking and lets not even talk about the weather 🌡️ and trying to make time. Well all is fixed with Walmart app. You can get almost every thing in the store and more delivered right to to your door within hours

Walmart pharmacy is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever used. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has this option. Hopefully a change will come but I highly doubt it.

Thank you tremendously for taking up for people with a non visible disability or disabilities. The worker handled it professionally because of a troublesome girl throwing a fit over my dog/pup in training. People don't understand how training starts. We appreciate your help.

I'll give it 4 stars for the convenience, but the reality is Walmart has basically been bringing us products from China when no one had as much access. Now with Temu and Wish etc....,it has sort of gone sour.... Of course it's easier to return items at Walmart I guess, but the age of 1000% markups is fading for Walmart, let alone the fact that while customer service is good when you get it..... IT'S still hard to get it sometimes....

While my 18 yr old daughter and 14 yr old son were at this Walmart a man followed them all around the store, at one point made a suggestive comment to them, and even checked out right beside of them. My daughter, scared to death, FaceTimes me to explain what’s going on. I insist that she keeps me on the phone with her, told her to immediately find the closest employee and explain what’s going on. Also, I had forbidden her and my son to leave the store and walk to the car without an employee with them.Assuming that Walmart has a plan in place for these types of situations, I was dumbfounded, shocked and enraged when I heard a female employee reply to my child, “I can’t leave and walk you out. I’ll lose my job.”Wanting to scream through the phone,“I WOULD GO AHEAD AND TAKE THAT CHANCE IF I THOUGHT I WAS SAVING TWO CHILDREN’S LIVES!!” I am still amazed!Thankfully, there was another female employee close by who jumped right in to help. They obtained footage of this man & my children were safely escorted out.I am beyond sickened by the response and attitude the first employee gave. There is Absolutely no excuse for not helping two scared kids. I’ll be sure and pray for you tho, that the Good Lord will change your heart

They had but I wanted online but not in the store. When I get to that point to where I wanna go pick up from the store. I expect it to have what it says. It has online, but then again, that is just me. Other than that. incident. Walmart did great real friendly people.

It's Walmart. It is a necessary evil that serves it's purpose. It's a pain because their people who pull orders for the most part act like you're in the way. A couple have been very helpful but most act like they are priority.4/7/2024. Heard a manager on the walkie-talkie today tell whomever she was talking to say, "Our online customers are priority. The others will have to wait." Then a man asked an employee, an order picker, where the machine was to fill water jugs. She said, rudely, "I don't know. Ask someone else. " worst Walmart ever..

Horrible Walmart curbside department managers need to be fired and workers I went to pick up a curbside order and when the employee got there to me she was very disrespectful and mean and I had my kid in the back and she said I'm not allowed to bring my kid to pick up curbside order and said people need to not being there stupid kids here and she said she hates kids and retarded adults and she refuses to give order to me and went back inside with it and I called the manager and explained what happened and they defended her wrong doing and wouldn't do anything and were mean and disrespectful to I'm gonna call corporate Walmart to see if anything can be done.

My favorite WalMart. It is clean, easy to find employees, well stocked. Friendly folks found here. The management in this location obviously is on top of things.Even restrooms are clean no broken toilets or dirty floors like the apathetic Marietta Walmart.

Went to get a few things from the grocery department and there was only two kinds of bread on the shelves. Needed milk and I was able to find one gallon of skim milk that wasn't outdated. I had to use the restroom and went in there was no toilet paper in either stall so thought I would go to the baçk restroom and their was no toilet paper in that one either. Tried to find an employee to help but all were too busy to help. So I bought some toilet paper and took my own into the bathroom and used. I left a roll their for the next customer so they didn't have to suffer as I did

The employees in the auto department are great. I was there for an oil change and to get a headlight changed. While I waited, I decided to buy a few groceries. That's when I couldn't find my wallet. I didn't have my debit card or checkbook to pay for my services. The employees could have been jerks, but they were so nice. They told me to just come back and pay when I found my wallet. I found it, went back and paid and bought my groceries. The lady working the self checkout was also very nice. Kudos to Walmart on very kind and understanding employees.

The usual: They sell the most cheaply-produced Chinese electronics available. Largest store in the area, yet their food item selection always seems to be somewhat lacking. And food prices are not nearly low enough, considering that Walmart has the most "buying power" of any grocery (etc.) store entity in the known universe due to the corporation's gargantuan size.Other customers were about average for Walmart that day, too. Women leaving little kids unattended in carts while they wandered off to do who knows what, other people letting their kids run around like invaders from another planet, people stopping with their carts side by side to have long conversations (leaving no space to get by), and EVERYONE pushing their carts out of the aisles into the main pathways without looking first to see who they were about to run the things into.Checkout, well, that's a mess, too. I think there were three cashiers working, with five or six people in line at each. I understand the concept of civility - but when there's a line, DON'T HAVE A FIVE-MINUTE CONVERSATION after being told what the total cost of your items are. Pay up and GTFO (thanks!). The self checkout area was barely being used - but that's because ChinaMart appeared to have constructed a maze that must be traversed in order to get to it, for some unfathomable reason.There was a guy sitting on a stool, inside. I thought he might be there to make sure people who were exiting with merchandise had actually paid for it, until I saw a lady heading out with a big television sticking out of the cart. It started to fall and he kind of tipped it back in for her - without asking to see her receipt. I think it was their "house brand," Onn. Maybe he (probably correctly) assumed that anyone who actually took the risk of stealing a television would choose a brand that was worth taking out of the box? IDK. Maybe he's not there to watch for shoplifters at all but, instead, to tell anyone who forgets to cover their firearm that, while the state freely allows both open and concealed carry, Walmart only allows the latter inside its stores. Or maybe he's tasked with tackling any union representatives who attempt to enter and hand out literature to the employees, lol, who knows. He was at least virtually guaranteeing that the stool did not float up into the air, I suppose.I can say that the employees seemed to be friendly - even the one that sent Mom several aisles in the wrong direction when she asked where the pens and pencils were.I was only there because I assist my elderly mother with her shopping chores, and she insists on going there occasionally.
