What an awesome place with great customer svc. Trinity took my phone call and was extremely helpful. Her cheerful attitude was very pleasant and she went above and beyond to make sure that my customer needs were meant. She double checked a item I was calling about to ensure accuracy before I made an hour drive to the store. If only people everywhere were as friendly and helpful as Trinity. Thanks alot,highly recommend this place. I'm adding to this review ,when I showed up trinity had already left. There was two other workers there and I didn't catch there names . They were as awesome as Trinity was , both of them displayed awesome customer service and a great attitude. I will be returning to this place for all of my smoking and vape needs.

I live down the street from this store and I always enjoy my visit there because not only do they have top of the line products, they have the best and kindest staff, who are so willing to help you with choices. I usually leave the store feeling good because they treat you so kindly and immediately acknowledge you when you walk in.

I was 3 hours from home when I ran out of juice on a tow. They were out of Rainbow Blood,but she was so helpful and kind. She helped me pick out another flavor to try. Will definitely be back during my next tow down!

I stopped off on my way through WV and stopped into this amazing shop. The staff was absolutely amazing and very professional and knowledgeable.To me this is the best vape shop I have EVER been in. Not only the knowledge they had and openly offered but they were very personable and friendly. Talking about vape young and old.Hannah was the first employee I met while walking in and she was polite and very helpful.The owner, Corey sat and spoke with me for an easy 30 minutes.In this day and age it’s hard not only to find a great vape shop with a good variety of equipment and accessories it’s harder to find a staff that is extremely knowledgeable and also open to receiving information they may not be familiar with.HANDS DOWN BEST VAPE SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

Knowledgeable staff, clean environment, friendly atmosphere, and from what I can tell, decent prices. I only stopped for coils for my Joyetech eGo AIO, and they were one of the only places in the area that not only knew what I was talking about (without looking it up), bit also had them already in stock in multiple varieties! I would recommend this place.

Favorite vape store, hands down. Trinity is always so nice when I come in; I look forward to seeing her when I come in to pick up what I need. She is always so friendly and helps me pick out exactly what I need. She knows what she’s talking about and has always been on top of her game every time. Literally why I keep coming back. The atmosphere of the store is wonderful. Idk why people would go anywhere else. 10/10. I’d give more stars if I could.
