[[Wed.18.Oct.2023 @ 12pm]]Stopped by Sheetz at this location to grab quick lunch, ordered there TaterTot Sticks with BoomBoom Sauce.Will not be ordering them any more, the TaterTots is nothing like TaterTots, there abt 3”long, very soft and mushy so much you pick them up and it just falls apart, there is no crunch at all to them, the only thing good here was only the BoomBoom Sauce.I think they needed more cooking time so inside would get done and to put a crunch to them.Defiantly not buying any more of them…

Filled up with diesel for the 1st time here a couple nights ago. Put my normal amount of anti-gel additive in.2 days later it's sub 20 degrees and my truck shuts off going 45mph in a snow storm. Took the fuel filter off and it's frozen solid.NOT GELLED, COMPLETELY FROZEN.Had to have had water in it. Maybe it's just me would like to hear if others had issues.

Had the toasted Italian sub. Fantastic! Love the touch screens for ordering and the made to order food. You get only the items you choose on your sandwich, and there are plenty of toppings and sauces!

Placed an order on the Sheetz app to be doordashed. The order was stolen (they use a shelf and the "honor system" for online orders, maybe keep better track?) and the doordasher didn't want to wait on it being remade, so they cancelled my whole order.

Today I am leaving 2 stars. I love Sheetz it my number one place to go. But today I went in there was a lady at the counter that was very rude to me I don't know if that just Parkersburg and how they are but when I went in I was happy and now I am not just because the lady in the pink shirt and blonde hair was rude.

Hard to get to the Sheetz from US 50. The signage was poor.The pump was out of receipt paper.Otherwise it was a typical Sheetz.

I went to Sheetz on Anne street in Parkersburg WV around 9:30p and I put $42.11 in my car and they charged me $150. I’ve called about 10 times and no one is answer the phone.

Always clean, always fast and friendly. Community focused.Dependable for gas, diesel, lottery, beer cave, awesome food stuffs through their kitchen. Dine in, picnic tables, or carry-out. Just spent 17 dollars on 2 sandwiches and a large order of cheese curds, none of the food was edible. My sub order was missing items that we paid extra to add to the sub. The fryer oil was old , and the chicken sandwich was so over cooked it had a rubber texture. There appeared to be enough employees, so this was just unacceptable product. Very dissatisfied.

Enjoy the atmosphere as well as the prices of gas are constantly with the area.They have a ATM to use if you want cash back and the food area is good for a variety of grabs instead if the typical hot dog and hamburger.This is good when it comes to air for tires... unless the hose is busted thanks to human being humans. Air should be free to assist those in a pinch. And it is free here.

2nd time I have ordered and the food has been wrong. Didn't know you could ruin a grilled cheese sandwich. Bread burnt and cold. Fries gross they were cold as well. Ordered mac-n-cheese bites, got regular mac-n-cheese. Only 5 minutes from work and food was already cold.

Third time ordering lunch. 1st time (mushroom burger) Good. 2nd time (chicken tender wrap) ok. 3rd time (Caesar chicken wrap) tasted good but felt like I was eating rubber tofu. Nice helpful people

Stopped with our group of cars to get gas after driving route 555. We were not doing anything crazy, were not taking up space, and not loitering. Within five minutes of being there, they threatened to call the police... for what? I will never come back to this location. By far the worst Sheetz I've ever been to.

Never can get beer here without having someone unlock door. I've came 3 times where they're either too busy to get the door unlocked, cant find the key or the key ended up breaking right then and there. Crazy, I dont have this proble. anywhere else

The food was disgusting and cost way to much for one sandwich. I have been to several sheets in the past had been happy with the food I got. This one is by far the worst I have ever been to. Will not order anything from this sheets again.

I really appreciate the fact that they have free air. I have had alot of issues with my tires and so glad when I can pull up and get air in my tired when needed. Other places want like $1.75 for their air. Which is crazy amount.

The employees here think YOU owe them.. And for God's sakes don't ask for more sauce for your tacos cuz they are sauce police too..I'll go to sheetz on 7th street where the employees are super friendly before I go back to this one..

This is a really nice new location. We stopped here on a roadtrip to use the restroom and get lunch. The bathrooms were very clean. The food was tasty and the parking was easy. Highlt recommend.

Hole in the wall gas station that doesn’t support the workers of West Virginia. Stay away from this business and Coca Cola at all costs.

Ok, so Sheetz is my favorite place to get gas. Sheetz has awesome american fav food, made to order type food. So you can custom make anything there. But that's where it starts to get expensive. However, I love the environment. They have a huge flavor lineup of slushies, goodies cookies and treats made by the house... and best of all remember its a gas station with a beer cave. 👍😎
