Not too bad just needed some odds and ends. Very clean store & very prompt service. Did have to show the guy how to load an out of town account but that's not new. Lots of newer guys don't get that down till about 6-8 months of service overall I'd recommend to a friend.

They didn't have the specific replacement heater core hose I needed, but offered basic hose in correct size. It was the first time in 2 years THEY didn't have a part I needed. Not a bad track record! [I did find the specific hose we needed at a competitor].

I showed up requesting my battery to be tested b/c I could not start my truck. I had a Chevy Silverado. One gentleman came out and tried hooking up the tester and could not get it to work so he tried taking the battery off to take it inside to test instead. Another guy came out and said " You wont get that out of there" and informed me I needed to contact the dealership since it was a "newer" vehicle ( mind you its a 2015). They had to jump the truck again and I went home to where my husband had it out and replaced within 10 min. Thank goodness I did not take his advice on taking it to the dealership and you all just lost out of $180 sale + some b/c we will not be returning.
