They're usually pretty clean and well stocked. And they're rotisserie chickens are fantastic! I like them better than Sam's or walmart...They're a little more expensive, but worth the couple extra dollars. The garlic & herb ones are my favorite.

A frequent this store multiple times a week. One of my go to when I'm in the need for groceries or something for dinner. They always have what I need in stock, and the employees have always been friendly and more than willing to help.

I'm giving all the stars as I suffer with a medical condition that requires a bathroom immediately and there was a very nice lady with longer grayish hair that works there and she let me use the restroom. Bless you whoever you were. You were very kind and I appreciate you! A+ for staff.

It's advisable, I think, for your associates to not act like complete wenches toward customers who are intentionally trying not to use self checkout in an effort to protect your jobs from being stolen by the new world order. Thanks.

Staff can be rude, some are really nice.They lock the wheel of the cart where you can't get out the door if the alarm goes off, even if you know you did nothing wrong. The lines are almost always extremely long and they won't open any other registers. Prices on most stuff is good but certain things are cheaper other places.I shop here a lot but only because it's the one closest to my house.

Don't come to this place unless you like being treated like a thief. I know this is 7th Street and the local crackheads will steal the pennies off a dead man's eyes but come on, man. They have someone new in management that is absolutely obsessed with shoplifting or something. Most of the staff is friendly but it only takes one or two people to ruin it. Also the item selection is pretty lame compared to other Kroger stores in the area.

I was really impressed with how groomed and organized the produce section was. I buy organic and this location really takes care of their organic produce department. Unfortunately, they don't offer as many organic frozen and package goods. I go to Belpre for this.

I always pay my bills here at the customer service desk and it seems like every time I come here they open at a certain time, or no ones here at this time to help or u have to come back at a later time. Then what's the point n having a pay ur bill place if no ones ever here to help. Happens every time I come n here. Not much of a person to complain but God damn!!

Walked in with intent to buy hot picnuc style lunch for 4 people. At deli the steam table was empty, no food at all. On hot table there was 2 rotisserie chickens, 2 fish sandwiches. Asked worker about fried chicken as none on table and was told none would be available until after 2pm, one hour away, as that was when they would start frying more. No offer to make sooner, no apologies, told I could come back then. Got my chicken elsewhere.

Long line at checkout (often more than 12 in line) which blocks both shoppers and self checkouts. Has been this way for months. I've noticed that the best employees don't stay long.Notice that I said 'line ' at checkout. Very rare that more than one register is open.

New to the area and I’ve honestly never seen such a filthy store. I don’t think the belts and register areas have been cleaned in years. I’ll keep looking for a new store.Dusty and dirty products on shelves. And just not clean by even mediocre standards.I should feel comfortable with the food and personal care items I purchase touching areas at checkout or on the shelves. But there isn’t apparently anyone cleaning here.

I actually give it a 0 worst store to try and shop in, employees act like you are bothering them by shopping and are rude. Only ever 1 register open no matter the time of day. Self check is a nightmare you are backed up into the aisles where people are trying to shop creating a traffic jam and then you have people walking through the self check to shop instead of going around. I absolutely hate shopping here and will only go if it's necessary for 1 item if I've forgotten it elsewhere. It's dirty and would not recommend to anyone.

Kroger is my all time favorite grocery store and i go to all kinds of locations all over but this particular store is by far 1 of the better locations everyone who works there is so nice and helpful usually everytime i go someone asks me if i need help finding anything and it’s always clean and shelves are stocked so very impressed with the store definitely has good management

Waited in line for an hour to cash a check. A company check mind you. Not a personal one. Then got told that I couldn't cash it because they couldn't find the right number on it. Well if ya can't do your job then why show up? Never had this problem before the hour long wait is usual. And half the time the customer service desk is closed. Just really terrible service. Then called the manager, who wasn't terrible but hung up on me at the end. Im 💯 never coming back to this place. Worst experience I've ever had inside of a building. And my house has burnt down.

They used to have the best meats ........ they are never anywhere to be found everytime I walk into that place to pay a bill or something I'm always waiting longer then 20mins it's ridiculous!!!!!!

If you have gluten allergies or have Celiac don't waste your time here. They have no alternatives to different foods with gluten. There's no gluten free bread, no gluten free frozen meals (pasta) etc. When I went and asked if they had a gluten free section the cashier said that its mixed with the regular food and I would have to look around. Seriously, there's a special section for vegans but not for people who have health issues. I didn't even want to go down the flour section to see if they had gluten free flour. I'm sticking to Walmart where I can actually do grocery shopping without having to worry if I accidentally get something that will make me sick.

I like the layout of the store the most of all the grocery stores in the area. It never feels crowded and I have never seen anyone there not wearing a mask. Yes some items are more expensive than elsewhere. But they have things/local that you can't find elsewhere.

If I could rate this store any lower I would. The staff is constantly rude and just randomly yells things from across the checkout line and honestly I’ve heard many people say it embarrasses them. All they have to do is kindly say that the customer service is closed till 3:30 (which is also ridiculous) instead of screaming it like someone who hates their job. I will never return here again. I’ll take my business somewhere more friendly.

Do not- I repeat- Do not use the self checkouts! I visited the store earlier, this evening. As I did not have but, maybe, 10-12 items, I proceeded to the self-checkout. Upon arrival there, all units were taken... with the exception of one. There was a sign above the empty unit, but I couldn't tell, from my vantage point, what it said. The large group of people who had gathered in the haphazard line (if you could call it that) assumed it was out of order. By the way... the 6-ft. social distancing rule was nowhere in effect in the much-cramped aisles! People got angry & upset. Little by little, a few of us were able to check out. It took me close to 10 minutes just to check out! I had a card that supposedly had to be used by a store worker???! Then, I had 2 coupons, that- when scanned- immediately called an employee?! I commented that, I knew how to process coupons on self-checkout & I wondered why their system did not allow the customer to do so. She didn't respond. She was harried, being dispatched by other customers. You would think that was the only major issue at the store. Not so. The checkout lanes were teeming with customers. They only had two open lanes. Then, an announcement: ALL CASHIERS, report to the front of the store! One thing I do have to give Kroger credit for, is... getting in more vegan food products. As difficult is it may be to believe... Yes! Us vegans are out here, too;-) Thank you, Kroger, for noticing! When not busy, Kroger is a decent store to shop. For those not aware, there are various spots throughout the store where you can score products that have been marked down! Who couldn't save more money? These areas are: when you first enter the store (they sometimes have items in shopping carts, directly across from the shopping carts)... where the bananas are (there is a 3-tier, wooden shelf w/ containers of pared-down produce... bananas for 49 cents a pound, as opposed to 55-59 cents a pound and bags of peppers/potatoes/other veggies, etc.)... 2-3 more shopping carts w/ marked-down items located very near the frozen meats (turkey burgers, hamburgers, etc.)... right beside the double doors, before you get to the dairy dept. (a large 3 or 4-tier shelving unit, FULL of everything- from vitamins, bagels, boxed foods, sodas, snacks & spices to candles, travel mugs & water bottles, cupcake liners, small toys & ink pens) Also, be sure to check each store dept. (i.e. bakery, produce, pasta, snacks, dairy, freezer foods, etc.) for department mark-downs.

Long lines. Always understaffed on cashiers. Forced to carry Krogers' card in your wallet if you want to use the self checkout and not pay an outrageous amount. Very good sales on close dated product. Don't accept Google pay still

Self check out never works right, never more than one regular register open , parking is nightmare they cut there handicap spots down to cater to people who don’t get out of there car for pick up service the isles are set up so you can’t pass someone without knocking in to them , super spreader of a store they also don’t make people where a mask

Has a great variety of fruits, and rare Asian vegetables and they will order something they don't have if you log on to their website and ask. Brand name and generic items at lesser cost. Daily manager markdowns for many items. Open till midnight.

Went to the store on Dec 19 at around 530 pm to buy a ham for our christmas dinner and went to find a worker in the meat department to get the ham sliced. Found a worker and told him I would like to get my ham sliced and he said nope i have already cleaned the slicer so sorry cannot do it. I said okay so when can a customer get a ham sliced. The gentlemen said before noon. I said really thats is when most people are working. I have to be at work at 630am and dont get home until 330pm. So it is just to bad that union workers have to be so lazy. The cashier was so unfriendly never even spoke. I will take my business elsewhere.

I love shopping at Krogers. Plus with the app I'm saving 🤑 more than I ever imagined. Just knowing what I need before I go in the store without carrying a list is awesome. Im not wasting time trying to remember other things not on the list. Phone is usually in hand anyways so why not put it to good use. Excellent app design that is easy to use and find products. Plus it eliminates the need to find that Kroger plus card before getting out of the car. Which means I've saved myself time again. Thanks Kroger for saving me time and money!
