If I would have given this review about 3 weeks ago I would have given it a five star. But today I was bragging about how good Jimmy John's Subs are and took two of my friends with me. I was never so embarrassed and disappointed in the quality and the service of Jimmy John's. There Subs used to be the very best. I have taken two other people there, in January to get subs and they were great. Today the Buns have shrunk too hot dog size buns and were very tough. I can hardly bite through the bread and when you bit into it the inside would squish out the end because the buns were only about an inch and a half wide. Stood in line for about 10 minutes to get waited on then stood in line for about 10 or 15 more minutes to get our food and didn't even know which Subs were ours because we didn't get a receipt or a number. And then the subs were terrible please go back to the Buns that you had before. Those buns were fantastic. I don't know why you would shrink the Buns to hot dog size and make them tough. I saw that they were making their own buns, I don't know if that was the norm before or not but something definitely went wrong. I don't know if you actually changed the way you make your buns or who you buy them from or you were downsizing the Buns to cut costs. whatever I will not go back I will call first to see if you still have the regular buns that you used to have if not I will never return there. This was at the Parkersburg West Virginia Store on Market Street.

I order from this shop almost every day. I am single and I don't like to cook for just myself. Their sandwiches are always fresh, always delicious, always comes fast. There isn't an order that I have gotten I didn't enjoy. The club Lulu with avocado is a favorite. So is the hunters club. I feel very blessed that I can order from them and know I am going to have a good tasty dinner. Side note, my dog knows our usual delivery guy as the sandwich guy, and he always takes a minute to say hi to him and be friendly.

The subs are great! Their motto doesn’t lie “Subs so fast you’ll freak!”, we got three subs and they were all done before we even got ice in our drinks, it is unbelievable. Their delivery is “freaky fast” as well, at our doorstep in 10-15 minutes. The subs are tasty, the chips are crunchy, and their Coke is awesome with the crushed ice like Chick Fil A.Combo was $8.99 for the regular and it was filling and very good, perfect if you work around the area. You’ll be in and out in a few minutes or less! They need to get a new location in Vienna, we’ve been to a stand-alone and they need one of those with the drive-thru. 10/10 experience, coming here very often. We also knew someone who was a daily regular and they had his order done a few seconds after he walked in the door.Need a quick, good, and cheap lunch? Come to Jimmy Johns! You will not be disappointed!

Pretty much my fridge away from fridge. Delivery is super fast, the selections while basic are delicious, and the bread is out of this world. The staff all have a good sense of humor and very nice. Really some of the best tasting sandwiches in a pinch. Good prices for fast comfort food. Order from the app for great customization! I'm glad we have it in town.

They had a 50%-off small sub (today only) deal, so a friend of mine & I went for lunch. As was expected, they were busy. We placed our orders, but the totals came up full price. I explained that we wanted the small, 50%-off subs. She said, we had to order online to get that deal. So, we cancelled our orders & ordered online. No 50%-off!? I approached the counter & spoke to the girl again, explaining the 50% was still not being deducted. That is when a guy walked up & said, "You have to call this number (pointing to a poster up above the cash register) & register for the rewards program, then check your email to confirm. Once you've done that, you go to the app & place your order." I said, "We weren't told we had to order through the app... just that we had to place the order online." He says, "She doesn't know what she's talking about." She heard the end of his statement & replied, "You do not have to go through the app- just order it online." She walked off & I told the guy, "We won't be eating here then. Thank you." No vital assistance or resolution was offered. We left. ***UPDATE*** Today, I was contacted by someone I assume is associated with the restaurant (manager, owner???). She apologized for the situation and said the restaurant was extending the 50%-off the small sub deal for a couple more days.🤔

Today the Jimmy John's crew worked a small miracle for us.We weren't able to go out to pick up our order, and they made an exception to deliver to us, even though we were JUST outside of delivery range.I'm very impressed!The food was tasty, neat, and still got here in less time than ever expected!We're very thankful, very full, and very excited for the next chance to eat there.

Subs are always great. Consistent reliable service. I'm usually in here less than 5 minutes even on a busy day. Prices are reasonable. Only bad thing to say is I eat here way too often.

Yes they are fast,but subs are made ahead and very cold. Ordered a no 9,Italian, could tell by bread that it had set for a little bit,not impressed,Napolis Italian much better . Sorry....

Other then they didn't cut my picking into quarter slices, they only cut it in half, other then that we had no complaints. They even remembered my extra mayo packets on the side. So well done.

Visit at least once a month. They always make me feel welcomed no matter what time of day or however close to closing they may be. The place is clean from every customer viewable perspective. I enjoy their #9 Unwich with extra Turkey and Bacon!

Shared lunch meal prior to a monthly meeting. Sandwiches were prepared as ordered, were delivered per request time, and the subs were VERY GOOD!! I love the taste and texture of the buns. Just a super awesome sandwich!!

May have been good if they would have only put what you ask for on it. I know everyone says just pick it off but onions leave a taste and mayo you can’t take off. My kids won’t eat it. Waste of 28.00.

I don't know how they pack so much flavor into their subs. You think you can make them at home, but it always just makes you dissatisfied. You can taste each individual ingredient and the bread is magnificent.
