7th St CVS is the best pharmacy in Parkersburg by far! The staff is friendly, my medications are usually in stock and my prescriptions are filled quickly and efficiently thank you everyone for always being so nice and helpful!

Please do yourself a favor and go to a different pharmacy. They spelled my name wrong at least 3 times which means my prescriptions never get filled, and when I try to suggest that they delete the misspelled accounts, somehow another one gets made, so my prescriptions constantly get lost. It's extremely frustrating, and they are very rude and not helpful when I contact them to see how we can rectify the situation. I've even listened to my prescriber spell my name slowly and letter for letter, and they will still without a doubt spell it however they want, it's kind of ridiculous.

Have back problems with nerve pain in legs making it hard to walk but I can get my meds in 15 min if I walk in but have to wait 2hours if I use drive through what happened to customer service
