Totally incomprehensible... It's called CVS Pharmacy, yet went in today to pick up a prescription for bronchitis and the nice lady at the front counter informed me that the pharmacy itself is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Really?!? So apparently they are more of a convenience store than a pharmacy! Needless to say my fiance called Med Express back and had them change the pharmacy that they called my prescription in to. Good job CVS, you just lost another customer. Go ahead and keep selling your alcohol and other convenience store items, I'll go somewhere else that cares about their patients enough to have a pharmacist on staff during the weekends.

If I could give this store no stars, I absolutely would. How is your pharmacy closed 3 days out of the week? It was closed Saturday and Sunday, a pain but I'll live. But on a Tuesday at 4 o'clock, are you kidding me?

Being a Senior with health ailments I keep up with Immunity Shots. Problem was while waiting for the Pharmacist I needed to use the Restroom. Recently diagnosed with Kidney and Bladder issues I had to go bad! Apparently the restroom 🚻 key has been stolen and the Clerk refused to let me use the Employees John even though the Pharmacist OK'd it.Very RUDE for a Drug Store supposedly to catering the needs of the Elderly.

I found the last 2 bottles of Refresh eye drops which were the last two within in 5 CVS stores. I was so happy after I had checked the availability. The associate who checked me out was very respectful with a timely manner. He also helped me used my coupons and rewards which made me very happy. His name is Michael at store # 7604. In Parkersburg, WV.

The employees at the Murdoch Ave CVS need to be refreshed on the code of conduct they are to adhere to. When a customer calls a rescue inhaler to be refilled nearly 3 hrs prior and is told it's going to be at least an hour , possibly longer before it's finished. It's natural for the customer to ask if it's possible at all to get it sooner when they are wheezing and need it.In return the female answers in super condescending snide voice how they do have other customers and i will have to wait until they get to it. In return I did call her a rude Bee not because she couldn't help because she was talking like one. My voice is hoarse so maybe that annoyed her but I certainly wasn't rude to her. My daughter goes there, specifically asks for it and when they ask name and bday , the young lady at register starts making these breathy sighs. They sent my daughter out with everything EXCEPT the rescue inhaler! That's so SICK! Customers beware calling this one on her rude attitude she might just try to take you out!

The pharmacy tech Jeremy I believe his name was, was very rude and dismissive. Went in for my 6 year old sons medicine three times. The first time at 10:30 am The last time at 7 pm I went into the store. Nobody answered the phone inbetween the second and last time I came, I was on hold for 35 minutes before I gave up. He wouldn’t bother to look at me just basically said it’s not his problem and that the doctors voicemail was on his machine but he was to busy to bother with it, yet when I went in they weren’t doing anything besides talking to each other about their hours l, and how they should get paid more for dealing with people. All while me and two other people just waited in line for them to acknowledge us. The phones were ringing constantly while I was there and again they didn’t even acknowledged them.I left without my sons medication and bought over the counter medication.

One of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever used. They are incredibly slow and put you on hold for up to an hour sometimes. It takes them days sometimes weeks to fill a prescription that’s been on file. They claim to never receive updates about your prescription from your physician. They send me incorrect texts that my prescription can’t be filled when it’s been ready and waiting. When you go inside there’s always a long wait but you can see the pharmacists and technicians talking behind the counter. Just the worst customer service. I could go on and on. Go to literally any other pharmacy.

So went in today and as I was checking out I noticed all the registers said closed. The guy who was working there told me I needed to self checkout. Very weird considering he didn’t look busy at all and there was a line forming behind me. Tried to put my coupons thru and wouldn’t take. He acted like he could care less. So I guess this guy just didn’t want to work today (ring people up). If you don’t want to ring people up and force them to use self checkout then go somewhere else and work!!!!!!!!

Thank god for CVS and them being open until midnight. I had an emergency and needed medicine that a gas station couldn't provide and CVS came to my rescue. The cashier was super nice and didn't get irritated by me coming 30 minutes before closing time.

Service used to be awesome when the previous pharmacist was there but he suddenly passed away Dec 2020 and now the service is terrible, I have multiple people I'm responsible for. They will not answer the phone ever! I waited 1 1/2 hours on the phone and no answer during business hours and I completely understand the covid complications but this is ridiculous. Most people working in the pharmacy are rude, they don't say please hold we're busy or anything. I need to go elsewhere it's a big hassle but in the long run it will be worth it.

I am very, very impressed with the customer service from this location. I am 26 weeks pregnant, and very nauseous. I needed my prescriptions. I had a set back on my insurance. I called many, MANY people kept getting transferred or given another phone number. Specifically, Elizabeth went out of her way 110% and got my insurance to go through. She did not have to do this, AT ALL. I feel like she went beyond what an employee had to do because she is just a caring person. I appreciate everthing that this CVS location has done for me in the last few days. I can't thank them enough, especially Elizabeth, thank you!

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. They are so slow. The prescriptions were already filled all they need to do is upload insurance. We have been here for over an hour. Customer service is horrible. All of the employees are behind the counter talking and not helping customers....go to another store near you.

My wife always calls to see if her prescriptions are ready. The last two times a person has said there all ready. When I get there they said I’ll have to wait. Been 20 min and still waiting. Very poor customer service.

Went to cvs on Murdock September 19, 2021 at 8 pm to get my daughters antibiotics and the lady in the drive thru waa so rude I will NEVER fill a script here again! Not only that but I had to pay cash bc the system for insurance was down!

At 3pm they told me my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes I come back at 5pm and again they tell me my prescription will be ready in 20 minutes this has happened multiple times throughout the last 3 months I would not recommend anyone do business here.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They have not once got my prescription in a timely manner or without some issue whether it be price or just not take 25 mins to retrieve script when it’s been ready for 2 days. Unacceptable
