I just called and spoke to some hateful lady named Pam who was so disrespectful! Tried to make me out as a liar for giving her a number that wasn’t pulling up anything in the system and acted like it was a crime that I even knew the UPC or item number when that’s information any customer can get! If that’s such an issue stop putting those numbers on your boxes your stock comes in and stop sitting boxes out in the open! Idk what it is with CVS workers but they are an absolute nightmare to deal with! Always hateful old women!

[[Wed.23.Aug.2023 @ 11am]]I swear i am began to hate dealing with or bring business to this Cvs Pharmacy location (Broadway Ave, ParkersburgWV).This location is always behind and there the most inconsiderate business, they have most ridiculous staff they just lie straight to your face.If you are thinking about doing business of any sort think again, may be worth your time to go some where else.

There are some very rude and frowny-faced Pharmacy Techs. One had given me an unmixed antibiotic for my son. All I received was a bottle of powder. 😳 Just an overall hot mess back there.

I spent two hours trying to secure a Pfizer vaccine with CVS; the only location that administered that was the Broadway location, but they were not permitted to book appointments. I had to call an 800 number. It took OVER TWO HOURs of being continuously transferred and repeatedly being put on hold and once my call was answered, I was being repeatedly asked how I got the numbers I had reached as though I randomly made then up CVS has overstepped its bounds. The customer service reps or whatever title they are given are inept and rude; only one special lady was nice enough to take care of me and she stayed on the line until the correct person answered. Unfortunately that was one hour and fifty minutes of holding and being transferred. Really thinking of leaving this pharmacy chain and going in another direction entirely! So sick of the robot answering service!

Little to no help while shopping, took 30 mins to even touch the photo machine, people waiting in lines while workers ignore them. The boy with longer hair was the only one trying to defuse the whole situation while shoppers waited.

This place is a joke! I have been a customer for a very long time and within the past year they have went down hill. I have went there to pick up my medications and was given the wrong medication not only once but three different times and there excuse was " oh that happens all the time"! So you guys give the wrong medications to the wrong people?? My premature son was given zantac for his acid reflux he was supposed to have enough for 30 days. They gave me 36 doses 2x a day it lasted him 18 days... I had to break it down for them and show them that 36 does 2x a day was 18 days and they got very rude and hateful towards me. Then they finally admitted to messing up the amount they have given him. My other son had 2 anitbitoics dropped off around 8:30pm and the lady working the drop off window said it would be an hour wait... I was told it would be ready at 9:30pm i asked her 2 different times if they would even be open she said oh we're open till 10pm ,so I drive 35 mins back in town to pick it up to find it was closed. So not only did I waste a trip I wasted gas and now my son's foot is even worse because he didn't get his medicine because the lady knowingly gave me the wrong time. The workers need to get there act together before they give someone else the wrong medication or make them wait for something they have to have. She was very rude and does not seem to care about the custmors.
