The store is absolutely amazing! They have everything you could possibly want for gifting or collecting. The ice cream and fudge is very good. If you have a sweet tooth this is the place to go. I like how they have all of the food in designated areas and you can sample different snacks they have on display. The staff was very polite, professional, and very helpful. I highly recommend shopping at Crown Decor and Gifts you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I love going to the store. The decor is always changing and includes lots of collectibles that the owner has gathered over the years. Also, it has the most interesting mix of products... From food, to clothes, to toys, to candles, to lamps. The place is amazing. I also love to watch their live Bundle Deals events on their Facebook page on Tuesday evenings. Check it out!

This place has to be one of the most beautiful businesses in the mid Ohio Valley. The way they have it decorated is stunning and they have so many gorgeous items! I took my kids there to see the Easter bunny last year, and it was by far the best Easter bunny experience we’ve ever had, and will definitely be going back every year! They even gave me a free gift and goodies! Highly recommend!!

Thank you for delivering such beautiful flowers to my girlfriend. I am currently living in florida and i placed the order around 1pm and you guys had it there by 2pm. That was incredibly fast. It's such a pretty store, and it smells so good. Beautiful place to buy a special gift or decorations for your house. They also have delicious ice cream and a charming little place to eat it.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate your customer service and the stunning arrangement you designed for our loved one's funeral. Living in another state 1000 miles away, and not able to travel because of the virus, I had to choose a florist online in Parkersburg based on reviews I read. God definitely lead me to the right one. Because we could not be with our loved ones, it was important that we sent something meaningful. I placed my order online. Within a couple of hours, Crown Florals called me and let me know that their supply was coming in the day of the funeral, and there was a slight chance that what I had chosen could come in late for unforeseen reasons. I appreciated that extra mile of customer service from 1000 miles away during this sad time. That kindness gave me assurance that what ever they replaced it with would be fine. And it was! I can't thank you enough Crown Florals. I definitely recommend Crown Florals, and will use them again if the need arises.

When you enter Crown Floral, you'll be amazed at the amount of items there are to choose from. Their new candy shop inside the store, The Confectionary, is amazing with homemade fudge and lots of other sweet treats to choose from. You can't leave without getting something!

I went to Crown with the intention of buying a couple bags of Mr Bee chips, I ended up getting a woven poncho, salsa, apple crisp mix, and a tshirt...in addition to the chips. This is a beautifully arranged store, with a wide variety of food, clothing, and decorative items . It is worthy of 5 stars, but 2 of the items in the flyer I received (pumpkin muffin mix and tea towel) had not come in yet, thus only 4 stars at this time. I did get a rain check on the tea towel, thank you.

What a neat store! How have I lived in this area my whole life and never knew about this store! So many unique present ideas either for Christmas, baby shower, wedding shower, or birthday. The fudge was so good and unique flavors. You can get ice cream and they have so many samples. We really enjoyed stopping here and will definitely be back!

Beautiful place filled with really nice people. It's not like a store; it's more like stepping into a Christmas wonderland. You cannot possibly take in all of the beautifully decorated displays in one trip. I cannot say enough to describe how lovely an experience it was!

I had heard nice things about this store, but not a good first impression at all!! This was on a Saturday afternoon and the store was a mess. Not many things to look at because it looked like they were flipping their inventory. Might be a good idea to NOT do that on a Saturday afternoon though. But the biggest thing that bothered me was that not 1 employee acknowledged me while I was in the store. They all seemed very rude actually. For that reason, I will not be going back and will not be spending my money there.

What a treat when you enter this store! It truly takes me back to my childhood of dreaming about a soda shop with all the goodies, and the beautiful decor! Every season this store has gorgeous displays . If you want a pick me up , go in this store. The fudge they make and the nuts they roast, fills all your sensory/ sweet needs! Trust me.. this store has it all. Also, , can’t say enough about the employees at this store. They are always kind and accommodating.. So, if you’re in the Parkersburg West Virginia area , this is a MUST STOP!! You will be delighted! Remember…. They decorate for every season so , sometimes they might be in a transition. Be patient , kind and enjoy!!! P. S. Im just a delighted, happy frequent customer! 😀

I've never seen a locally owned shop that is this well put together. It's decor and marketing are to notch! It's a beautiful site, from the first floor to the bottom floor. I've never seen an interior prettier and better layed out.This small store (no, I'm not joking) should be listed as a landmark in Parkersburg, this market is a great example of what a proud owner can do, making their store a destination, instead of an option.

Wow, they were super busy. That's a good thing for them. For me, not so much since I was on my lunch hour. (But the gal that initially waited on me, tried to get me out quickly.) Which I totally appreciated.I didn't know what to expect when I went in but it's very nice. They didn't have what I was looking for but what I purchased, was beautiful and I hope my dear friend loves it.

I would like to give a shout out to Pam Boice Ulman who supplies the baked goods for Crown Florals.If you haven’t tried her pies, bundt cakes or pepperoni rolls, you’re missing out. Her creations never disappoint. Everything she makes is just fantastic.I’ve ordered three pies from her and they were all scrumptious!I bought her pumpkin bundt cake a few days ago and it was so good, I wish I would have bought two!Crown Florals is my favorite place to shop. From all their food products to the new confectionery to the variety of items they have for sale this is my go to destination! Thanks Crown Florals!

This is a great place to get gifts or flowers for just about everyone. They have seasonal gifts, sympathy gifts, local foods: dips, jams, sauces, Amish Coblentz chocolates, fashionable clothes, household decorations, kids toys and puzzles, candles, and many more unique things. There's a downstairs too. Great customer service!

We had to go to select casket flowers for my father's funeral. It couldn't have been a more difficult time. But the people at Crown floral we're kind, helpful and did a beautiful job to help us honor my father. I will definitely use their services in the future. Their shop was also beautifully decorated and soothing with many inspiring pieces of decor. Hopefully, at a happier time, I will visit for my own home.
