Mark was amazing!!! Top notch sales man. I went to three stores and only bought from you guys because of Mark. He's very knowledgeable. Kind. Knows when to give space and when to check on you. He answered all my questions. And made my shopping experiences awesome.......as far as the couches go. I didn't find any that I loved. Most were hard to sit on. We need more giant comphy couch options. But I settled for the fur minky couch I got. SERIOUSLY HIGH PRAISE TO MARK. Made me and my kid feel very comfortable in the store.

We purchased new furniture for our living room today, Since we have not received the furniture yet, I cannot speak to the quality. However, we dealt with a young lady by the name of Shay. She is fairly new to Big Sandy, but it’s easy to see that she is a true asset. She does not come across as someone who fluffs things up to make a sale. I believe she genuinely cares about her customers and for this we are appreciative. I highly recommend anyone shopping at Big Sandy to ask for Shay. You won’t be disappointed.

I live in Parkersburg WV. I went to browse some furniture, and received an immense amount of help from their sales associate, Arlene. She is pleasant, and knowledgeable. She was always trying to get the best deal, on what I LIKED. She spent at least hour walking me through the store, and working with my budget. Found some great furniture, with a serious discount. I would recommend my shopping experience to anyone. She is a professional, and a nice lady.

First things first... The salesman didnt bombard us as soon as we walked in, and i absolutely LOVE that. But then, the stars aligned and BOOM! There was Arlene, our heaven sent sales lady. She went above and beyond the call of duty for us yesterday, and helped us in every single way she possibly could. This was the most personable shopping experience I've ever had in my life. This world needs more people like her. The second I walked through the door, I was instantly welcomed, And felt like I had known these people for years. We recently bought a washer and dryer set at Big Sandy after our dryer stopped working. Joe was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product we were looking at. The process was easy - I was in and out in 20 minutes. I haven’t had the set very long, but I’m pleased with the quality so far. In addition, I was able to get an amazing deal from the New Year sale they’re currently running! The delivery process was a breeze and the 2 guys were able to quickly get our old units out and get the new ones up and running in less than an hour! If you’re looking for any new appliances definitely check out Big Sandy and ask for Joe! :)

Would absolutely never buy anything else from this place again they were supposed to come out and service my washer and dryer but only put the work order in for the washer because they put one of the appliances in my name and one in his name and to top it off when we first got them was a total pain because they brought me a broken dryer and then didn’t hook my washer up right take two days off work to do something. They could’ve done in one day and then when you talk to supervisor, what a coincidence, there’s never a supervisor available🤬

When I went into the store I appreciated that the employees don't just get in your space and follow you around the store the whole time you're there looking and give you the time you to look around the store. When I initially visited Big Sandy, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. Moreover, I was pleased to learn that they provide repair services for the fridges they sell. In the past, I've had suboptimal experiences with third-party service extended warranties. Unfortunately, appliances are no longer as durable as they used to be, so you have to invest in an extended warranty.

Our experience with Mike the manager was awesome. To no fault of the store, I received a defective piece of furniture. Mike was friendly and went above and beyond to make the exchange process feel like no big deal. He even made special accommodations to make sure it didn't happen again. Overall, they took special care of my issue and didn't make me feel bad for wanting to get it squared away. Great people.
