The rep. Casey at Parkerburg locationwas very thorough and helpful. My son is quadriplegic and needed a new phone and one that met his specific needs. I dreaded this task and put it off for months. We didn't feel rushed at all. We left knowing we had the best for his needs. Thank you Casey!

Met this sweet lady Tammy who helped us. Such a sweet lady, such a pleasure to be around. She is very thorough with all the professional things. And she will talk to you and get to know a little bit about you. She worked with us for 2 hours trying to help us and didn’t complain a bit! Definitely ask for Tammy!

This will more than likely get removed, but I want to say that I have always had great service at this AT&T store. Well not anymore. I will not be going back. Hey Shawn, learn to treat your loyal customers better. Being snarky and petty doesn't pay.UPDATE!!I got a notice on my trans union report that there was a change to my EXCELLENT status as there was a delinquency reported. I have tried to deal with these people, be polite, get this settled and now I am hit with THIS! Time for BBB and home office. I will not stop until my credit is changed back to EXCELLENT standing! PLEASE people~ AVOID this place at all costs. You'll be sorry in the long run!

One of the best AT&T stores in the country with exceptional service! The store is beautiful and inviting, and the staff are amazing, efficient and sincere. Stephen G assisted me with getting a prepaid phone plan and went above and beyond to help me set it up. He discussed different options, addressed all of our concerns, spent time fixing an issue on my phone, and gave detailed information on internet services, because we asked for his input. It was one of those rare occasions where as a customer, you can just relax and trust the professionals to do a great job! 100% recommend!

Parkersburg store associates were busy with customers when I arrived but asap greeted me and asked my interest. They quickly finished with customer and came to me to continue our interests. I came to get my iPhone charging again and I noticed an item I was interested in possibly obtaining. After my questions were answered I placed an order for the item, let them clean my iPhone charge port and everyone was happy.Today I got text the ordered item has shipped already.

I would like to thank ATT for helping me resolve a problem, Hi My name is Gary Gilmore , recently my IPhone went dead on me, I had nothing,so I visited the people I purchased the phone from, they said they couldn’t help me, so my daughter told me she had it through ATT, so I bought my new iPhone and I want to tell the people there were very Professional and friendly, they made us feel at home , they walked us through everything and it was just a very good experience!

I hate going to upgrade a phone anytime. It’s not just AT&T I had the same experience with Verizon. They hide additional products in the monthly payment. Always try to upgrade a line to “save money” that always ends up costing more. They don’t do anything to make you feel good about your purchase, they wouldn’t include a phone case or tempered glass or anything. It’s a dreadful experience anytime I want to upgrade a device. I’m a manager at a local car dealership and if we conducted business the way they do we would either go out of business for treating people poorly or shutdown for not disclosing products to the customer.

I wanted to get my wife a new phone for her up coming birthday so we went to the store on murdoch ave. Jess was great no problems at all . We had to have the phone shipped to the house . Jess tells us that it will arive by tuesday, well its not here and the store was no help at all and the manager does nothing but recite the manager hand book and tell us its in a warehouse someplace that he has no idea where, I can put a claim in and wait and see what happens in twenty four hours or so . I started to him this how you treat a customer of eightteen years ? And again he tells me thats all we can do .I ask him for his bossess contact information and get told I can not have it . what ? The way this store is run is a joke .I had to give one star because I could not post otherwise so my real rating is negitive ten..

I think I talked to just about every employee during my many visits over the past month, I can't remember all their names but they're all super friendly and helpful. I wanted to get a mobile hotspot set up and they hooked me up with the latest one after I got ripped off buying a lemon online. And they were prompt about contacting AT&T to settle some charges that shouldn't have been there. Excellent service. Sometimes a bit of a wait, however most times I was helped within a couple of minutes.

We tried calling our local store in Marietta for over an hour with no answer. We were looking for a blank SIM which AT&T customer service told us to purchase for transferring our existing number to AT&T's service. After being rudely dismissed at the local store, we then drove to Parkersburg instead since they were open another hour. The service we received in WV was the best I've ever received.There were three salespeople in the store and even though they were helping other people, when one of them had a question for another, they would seamlessly answer the inquiry and return to helping the person they were working with. Although we just needed that SIM, they asked what we were trying to do and engaged in active listening, asking clarifying questions to ensure we followed the proper steps needed to get our new service with AT&T. They sympathized with the HORRIBLE experience we had with trying to get our number released from another provider and shared some personal experiences to help expedite the process.When we mentioned that we were changing service because of the coverage in our area, they looked up a map and informed me that I was eligible for an exclusive service for emergency personnel for which there is a tower closer to our home than any other providers. We were completely unaware of this and it may be the solution needed for our home data services and communications.Then, even though I wasn't prepared to purchase anything other than the SIM during that visit, answered my questions about their devices and promotions that were going on and what would and wouldn't work with the exclusive service we discussed. I felt like they were truly in our "corner" and the first people we had talked to all day that truly cared if we were happy.THANK YOU SO MUCH! We will be back to set up service soon.
