Was scanning my items & kept being watched as if I were stealing. Then a worker asked me if I didn't want the blueberry parfait that had already been scanned & bagged, to which I replied "no, I want, which is why I scanned & bagged it", then was told because she would have to take it back immediately so it didn't spoil...? Then she leaned over & read through my purchases...ma'am, I wouldn't of scanned then bagged the parfait if I didn't want it! Also, if you don't want to keep losing customers to Family Dollar then maybe stop following & accusing the customers! Also, a smile wouldn't kill any of y'all!

The employees are the reason I rate this store with 4 stars..I didn't give 5, because the store is always super packed with inventory. The employees are always putting new boxes away.. Always stuff blocking the isles... Some tight spaces in there!Overall, I keep going back because the employees are nice to me...

There are a couple workers that are pretty good. Lela and some boy are always polite and fast...the short blonde (also short hair) is always a little snippy and I think she's been promoted ..That store has been horrible since it moved to the new spot..I have been standing in line and a person walk to the door, the cashier left me at the counter with half my items already scanned and walked outside to this person, done whatever then came back in...I've seen it happen to others..I would much rather go to Family Dollar. The store is always looking a mess unless Lou comes and cleans it up for them. I have stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come ring me up...that makes me think about how many dishonest people just walk out with their items. They don't get in a hurry for nothing or nobody...I had talked to 2 workers about balloons with NO help..Lela finally helped me..she was busy and forgot but it wasn't her fault, she was cleaning up someone else's mess but as soon as she seen me she remembered and got it done...I could go on and on and on about it

It's b nice to shop without the workers thinking everyone is gonna Rob em... Not every one is thieves u Kno!!... Other then that great ppl great service n great prices.... But yet there always with more stuff out in the aisles with boxes of stuff that's been there weeks instead of keeping the shelves stocked.... N it's always just 1 cash register open when uve got 40 ppl in line literally ..... N most of the workers r SOOOOO very rude it's unreal n it will eventually hurt there business more so then help it!!!....💯💯 I just don't like the way ALLLL of the workers wanna follow me around with money in my hand literally n no purse to steal anything n like hiding behind stuff n every where I go they r there!!!! N I Kno y there doing that yes they do have a good stuff n sum times good service but they need to b doing there jobs alot better cuz u shouldn't have boxes of stuff just setting around for months n not nothing in the shelves cuz u can't get half if wht u need cuz it's still boxed up!!! ... I mean there's to many workers there for it to KEEP staying that way!!! .... N the workers r very rude u try to speak to em n 90% of em wants to snorl there nose up at u n all that n it's just flat out rude .... Sry but I am a very blunt person n it just makes me so mad cuz a judge comes in there n boxes pilled up there liable if that kids ends up hurt n stuff n them not doing there job correctly, I've worked all my life til I became disabled a couple yr ago n yeah it's work that's why u do, but seems like they do more standing around then actually working it following ppl thru the store n stuff b that's harassment n if it does not work with me I am gonna sue them for harassment;!!!!! Cuz that's embarrassing n I've never stole from the DS... So they have no right to do that to me!!!... 😠😠😠😠 N sry but it's pissing me off just how they r down here with this store!!!... Not a 1 if em deserves a paycheck if there not gonna do there job like they should b!!!... Sry but it's the truth... That's wht u get paid to do not to follow ppl around n I'm not the only one I've talked to many other good ppl n they say the same exact thing!!!!😠😠... Just saying I respect ppl as ling as they do me, u don't respect me I won't respect u back that's just how it is... N if u don't like wht I'm saying n every one else on here then u might n looks like from the reviews u might wanna first start doing ur jobs n a big improvement on ur attitudes!!!!!.... I mean I luv the the stuff n prices ... But how can you get to most of it when it's boxed up!???... Ty for everyone's time but I'm sry iff anyone has taking offense to this but, in just being honest.... But I do apologize!!... But I'm just saying the truth!!!...💯💯😔😔😠😠

A store full of people but only one register open. Stood in line for at least 10 minutes. If they are that short of Staff then they need to hire some more people. I know a bunch of people, myself included as well as my girlfriend, that have put in many applications but never heard anything back.

My boyfriend and I were shopping and just laughing, having fun while we shopped, the manager came to us and accused us of stealing even after we both emptied our pockets for this woman she continued to be rude and disrespectful. She told us if we came back she would call the cops on us..

I go to DG all the time couponing and they help me so much, & in return, if I see anything out of place or something that needs put up, I'll take it upon myself to help them with that since they are so nice and good to me. I Love the DG & I've created a stock pile in just a short time couponing there. I wish they would keep the right sales sticker's up and take the old ones down that don't work no more and I wish they would stay stocked up on the thing's that are on our couponing list from there. Other than that, DG is my FAVORITE store!

Starting get really bad with standing in line to check out. When You're standing in line to check out longer then it takes to pick up what you went in for ita time for then to actually put people on register to clear out the line.

Very crowded, isles are often filled with boxes and misc. junk they haven't got places to put. Very few staff who work there, so there are often long lines. Wouldn't recommend, just go to Family Dollar/Dollar Tree in Oceana Square.

The lines are always back up through the store. There are always pack crates in the store floors it makes it hard to get to what I need. Would not suggest this store if you are in a hurry to get home.

Always 10 people in line and a 30 min wait. You can NOT get through alot of isle I went 2 weeks in a row a few times and the adult clothes were blocked off. Nothing had been moved in 2 weeks. Go figure.

Poor customer service I'd rather go to Family Dollar than have to squeeze my way in an aisle to get what I need. So dangerous stuff stacked everywhere and stuff falling off the tops of shelves.

I shop here evry day. Some of the cashiers forget the customers make their job. They think BC I'm in their store they can treat me how ever. I'll not be back

You can't walk in most of the aisles or get to a lot of items on the shelves. It's always packed full of shipment that hasn't been unpacked.
