Absolutely love this place. They are so good with ur furbabys. They also do a great job cutting their hair. I took mine dog to a different groomer in the Oak Hill area and my dog hated to go and was absolutely terrified whenever I took her. I’m glad I had another choice to take her to because she loves it whenever she goes to get her hair done and it’s crazy but she is so happy whenever she gets done and I go pick her back up she loves her hair. 😍

This company goes above and beyond for you and your pets. Been my groomer 12 years. Never any burns or nicks. And if they were able to groom my poodle Scotty they have the touch. Thank you Wags and Whiskers for all you have done for me

They butchered our dogs ears and said they were matted in places. She pulled them out and made them bald. Said they will not grow back. If you care about your pets DO NOT TAKE THEM THERE!!!!!! There is such a thing called detangler that could have been used instead of putting our little dog in pain.

Incredible quality work ! Very caring and devoted staff! Takes the time to understand what you want as well as make sure your dog is safe, healthy, and comfortable. Does not push your pet just to earn a buck like big name companies! Also provides healthy tips to keep your dog looking their best! Would recommend them everytime!!!

I've been taking my dog there for years now.. Couldn't be more satisfied with there excellent service and quality of care. They take great care of my buttercup and have for years . She always looks and smells great after a groom. There prices you can't beat anywhere else. The service you can't beat anywhere else. Love this place..

Whoever answers the phone is rude. And clearly doesn't know dog breeds. A MINI aussiedoodle is NOT a large breed dog. But I was told they weren't accepting large breed clients.

Took my Lab Newfoundland mix for a much needed bath in January, they did a Great job!How they removed so much undercoat I'll never know, but Jake felt so much better and he smelled so good for months, even after taking swims in the pond. Time to make another appointment. Thank you for always doing such a great job!

If there was a 0, thats how I would rate this business! Horrible customer service!! Never been there before, but had appointment for tomorrow. Like anyone would do, I was trying to find someone to groom cats and was calling the 2 or 3 places that do groom cats. This place was recommended to me by a friend, as well as a couple of other businesses by other friends. They discovered this, and took it upon themselves to cancel my appt on their own!! I guess they wouldnt have even told me had I not messaged them by mistake to check on a price with someone else that I had called the same day. I called this business and they had messaged me back!! It is my right to check around and compare prices and,also, this other person was closer. I told person at Wags and Whiskers when I made the appointment that I would call today to cancel if bad weather was expected! However, today is just beginning and they cancelled me and put someone "more important" to them in my spot!!! I had every intention of keeping MY appointment with them.What kind of business is this????

I have a 14 year old golden retriever. He looks like a show dog! I dropped him at 3:30 and picked him up a little after 5. They did an amazing job with his deshedding and cut!
