My last shopping was a disaster. The staff were great but the first 6 items on my list, they didn’t have. All everyday items. They had plenty pumpkins, gourds, and Halloween candy but no products, many shelves were nearly empty. I have been a loyal shopper for 65 years but must find another grocer as the same products were absent the week before also!

Not only do I work there but it's also where I shop. It's convenient and there is always new deals every week. Every now and then they might be out of what I need but they get a truck every other day so.

I always enjoy going to Kroger's. The people are so polite. Sometimes the staff stand around talking too much instead of doing their job, but as humans we all deserve to enjoy our jobs so I see no issue in it. People just need to learn general patience.

My 82 year old father wasn't happy at all that there were no cashier's and only the self check out was available...our wait time was extensive. He claims he'll never shop at the Fayetteville Kroger again.

Inside store experience has always been good. Pickup today was horrible 1 hour for 2 bags. Do you have a VIP pickup service? Guy left came back 20 min later and still got his stuff before me.

Love Kroger's, anything beats Walmart. Seems to have ben improving their selection. Now has sushi and rotates in gourmet cheese, which is a big plus to me.

Well I go there sometimes when my other place doesn't have what I'm looking for so then I go there and then krogers has what I'm looking for so it's a ok place to go as well so yal need to go there to if yal can't find what yal need at your normal place you go to so heck why not go there tell everyone that they should give it a shot it's not a bad place frfr my family goes there sometimes so heck try it it won't hurt but any ways I was just in that area so I took a chance and heck I actually found what I wanted because the other place I go didn't have what I needed for the first time and that shocked the heck out of me frfr but it was ok so heck I'm telling everyone just give it a shot it's a good place if the place is close and your main store is out of what you need so just saying give this store a chance ok so there's that hope yal enjoy and have a great day and a wonderful Christmas and new year.

It is 9:53 p.m. and they're not supposed to close till 10:00 p.m. and I just watched two women lock the door as I was walking to the door as they were letting a woman out. I just had to run in grab a cheap thing of cat litter and run out versus driving and all the way down to Walmart and they decided to close 7 minutes early. If you're not supposed to close until 10:00 p.m. you're not supposed to lock doors until 10:00 p.m..

I'm so sick and tired of this pharmacy! It used to be great how t not sure if it's the pharmacist or what but it seems they just don't care anymore. Rx takes hours to fill and if you are shopping you will notice they are talking and the male pharmacist is always standing around. The two gentleman that work the front register consistently like to customers about expected pick up times. This is the second time I was looked in my face and told that my prescription it just came in I called the doctor's office back this time just to verify because I know the pption was called in at 2 p. Because I was standing there as she called it in it was really important I go to pick it up around 5:00 p.m. and was told that they just got it and it would still be another hour and a half. Guess I will be picking it up tomorrow because I did that the last time and shopped for 2 hours and it still wasn't ready. I'm definitely switching out to a different pharmacy there are other pharmacies in the area such as CVS Walgreens Walmart why keep bothering with Kroger's. I really needs to be investigated why they can't feel prescriptions within timely matters especially when you see a lot of elderly people still waiting around on meds it just isn't right and it needs to be brought to someone's attention!

While checking out at the self checkout the guy attending the checkout provoked an argument with me over scanning 2 cases of water during the check out he told my wife that he would hate to have to whip an old man this is what he told my wife there for I’ll never darken there door step again

On multiple occasions I have gotten home and found that something was significantly out of date/expired. They always have everything I need just make sure to check the expiration date on everything you buy

I've been to this store saturday and sunday,the produce worker was very helpful sunday,andeven joe from the meat dept was extremely helpful. I was shopping for someone else and couldnt find 4 or five things,he went and checked. Not so good service,I even had a guy working there walk away saying I cant help you I'm very busy. The manager was standing at cash registers directing lines,instead of helping me. He couldnt be bothered.i also think the store could be more stocked.Everything was out!

Had a particular young gentleman by the name Maverick help load groceries in my vehicle.He was really busy collecting buggies but took the time to help me and my sister in law load our very heavy groceries.I work in customer service and have to say it does make a difference for company to have front line workers with exceptional customer service in mind.Know we are in trying times but Kuddos to Maverick and Kroger for an exceptional shopping experience.Thank you 😊Happy customer made my day

They need to stop closing early, if you close at 10pm your doors shouldn't be locked at 9:50pm. Then when you asked why their closed early you get ignored or evil looks

Been shopping at this Kroger for 30 yrs. It is preferably one of my favorite Krogers. Its always cleanly, workers have always been courteous, kind and helpful. Everything has a place it belongs, no constant relocations and moving of store layout. Bathroom is normally clean it is located in the back left of the building. The parking lot kinda slopes downward so I usually get a go and ride my buggy to car lol. Pretty decent ride😁💯

Better prices than the competitor. Generic products are better across the board than the competitor. Competitor is starting to lower some of their meat prices to be as affordable as Kroger. The economy grocers can't match Kroger's quality or price though I will say those grocers are making some positive changes.

Terrible the girl was c leaning with bleach. I have asthma this doesn't mix!!!! She didn't ring my coke u p even though I sat it oon the counter. They called me to come back in. I asked very nicely to have my bags not heavy I have a tear between 5 And 6 in my spine. Di didn't do it very heavy. Three young boys not one asked did I need help. Just Looked at me as I was crazy. Terrible service all around

I love Kroger! Everything I need, including customer services. One stop shopping. Super folks in meat dept., deli, pharmacy. Fast cashiers and help for this old lady to take groceries out and load them into my vehicle.
