My girlfriend and I shop here very frequently. The best time to go is when there is sales, so check out a sales paper when going in. You can get REALLY good deals here. I've pretty much boycotted Walmart at this point. Some things might be a little more expensive, but the quality will be better. Love shopping here!!

Thierry bagged salads always look off. They're either out of date by 1 day but are wilted. Even the ones that are not out of date look like they're starting to wilt.I do love the staff and their prices.

It's okay if you're in a pinch and need a grocery store... Just stay away from the house brands,, I bought several of them and they were garbage.

I typically do not leave reviews unless it is extraordinarily good or extraordinarily bad. Unfortunately, this store was extraordinarily bad. I can’t speak to whether the employees are kind, because they did not speak to me until I asked them how they were doing. There is absolutely no healthy food choices on any aisle. The produce section almost made me vomit. ALL the strawberries were molded, the heads of lettuce were beyond wilted and showing signs of rot, the bags of oranges were rotten and mushy. At that point, I walked away. (The produce manager must be on vacation.) The two employees that were hanging out in the cereal aisle should have been assigned to clean up the produce section. Beer options were minimal. This store needs a serious overhaul.

The people in grants assume too much.. I can't shop there because they think I abuse women... When I don't.. i have stacks of paperwork saying I'm free from the legal system they labeled my x wife and my x gf as a drama queen!

The employee's openly track every move you make, if you have a large bag or purse it must be kept near doors where it can be stolen, and the cashiers openly make fun of and laugh at people or act as if your money is tainted. Lil girl with dark hair at the service desk is rude and rolls her eyes and appears to hate her job.

I love shopping here, especially when they have their 3 day sales. They have the best meat sale & often you can catch great deals on a bunch of other items with their online digital coupons. I sometimes forget those.

The place was packed! Lines were long. People were talking to each other. Employees were helpful. On top of that, prices were great! I was looking for T50 staples. Came out with boxes of Jiffy and lbs of meat..Oh, an employee told me where I could find the needed staples nearby.talking to each other

What a great little grocery. They always have specials that are exceptionally low priced. For instance I got some Duncan Hines microwave cake-in-a-mug boxes 4 for a dollar. Each box has 4 cake packets. They also had a shopping cart full of assorted wines, 2 bottles for $7.There's a gal who works a register (Sheryl ...spelling?) who is one of the most positive, outgoing people I've met. She sang "My Girl" by the Temptations while checking me out. She insisted on helping me to my car and putting my bags in the trunk (I was on a cane... just had knee replacement). If you haven't smiled all day, I guarantee you will before you leave her checkout register. She made my day!

Love the Free Friday items, they usually don't stock enough of them and I've had to miss out on quite a few. Plus you only have 3 days to get them unlike Kroger's that gives you 2 weeks. Aside from that, most of time sale items are well stocked. Great fresh meat prices! Some products are a little more expensive than Kroger's and much more than Wal-Mart but they usually have really good sale deals.

Love it here. The cashiers are always so friendly. The store manager is amazing, he works as hard as any of the employees, always speaks to you, and goes out of his way to help out any way he can. Plus, the prices are great.

Overpriced and might as well have self checkout because managers there don't have people to bag groceries...it definitely needs a makeover and got a lot of employees with bad attitudes including the managers...won't be back

They have the best meats at the best prices. My favorite is the pork cube steak. Awesome flavor I coat them in seasoned flour pan fry 3 -5 min each side until brown. Use either white gravy like chicken fried steak or brown gravy. These are very tender, eat right away. You do not have to bake extra time like a baked beef cube steak to be tender. They were on sale $1.59 a pound.

I love the quality of meats st Grants. Their 3 day sales are Awesome. I do my major meat shopping then. All of the staff there are friendly and very helpful. They will go out of there way to assist you. 4 Stars, only because nothing or no one is Perfect.

I shop here once a week usually... Good prices, friendly service, and decent selection... Good quality meat Dept and good prices; esp. good prices during "3 day sales'" events.That said, I do however wish Grants had a NON-SMOKING area outside with a bench where customers could sit and wait on their rides or the New River Transit bus.

Great prices on meat and canned food items but the dairy department is a bit pricey. The produce was over ripe so you will need to look close and plan to eat it within a 24 to 48 hour period, I'd say the vendor is mostly at fault for the lack of quality with the produce.The staff were very knowledgeable,friendly and the store was exceptionally clean. They need to create an app for their digital coupons which would be a great value to the customer and to the stores. I will be shopping at Grants every chance I get and hope the dairy and produce improve but overall I was very impressed.

Clean and well lit, they always seem crowded! Well priced and nice cuts of meat, draw a crowd! A good selection of Cold Beers, Prepackaged Deli Meats, Dairy Products, Frozen Foods and Ice Cream, also draw many customers!

Grants has the best prices on meat in the area. They are a great local business, who try to do what they can by keeping prices low. They always have a good discount section, sales regularly and a decent variety of foods and house hold items. The staff os great as well.

Items are a tad bit overpriced but usually clean store, friendly workers, and most items in stock. Special shout out to the beautiful Kelly that works there for her great hospitality, friendly help, and beautiful smile she always give us when we come in and leave the store.
