I would highly recommend. Quick and responsive! I broke down Sunday evening they got to me in a timely manner within 30 minutes, set me up at a hotel and I was first in line with repairs. Price is very reasonable! I would pick over any others in the area. I was heading back to Cleveland Ohio; and they definitely rescued me.

DTE was the only bright spot in the worst week of my life. I had been sitting next to my mother in the hospital for her final moments with us. Then on my way back to VA my radiator blew. After calling every auto parts store within 30 miles of me, they were the only people that I could get to help. He let me pay for the radiator over the phone and then had one of his employees drive it to me. I had to fix it on the side of the road but with out them I would not have had it at all....

Last week while on the last leg of our trip from Florida to northern WV, we lost almost all power in our diesel pusher motorhome. My husband narrowed the issue down to bad fuel at our last stop that plugged up our fuel filter/water separator. Luckily we had the spare filters with us, but didn't have the needed tools/equipment to do the job. We were referred to DTE for assistance. Despite being very busy, a mobile mechanic was dispatched to us to complete the job. We were then able to make it home, after four days on the road. We are extremely grateful to DTE for helping us out of a tight jam and allowing us to get home. Thank you for your concern and assistance. Your'e the best!

We are so incredibly grateful for DTE! Our car broke down on our wedding anniversary trip to Oak Hill, WV. The engine overheated on the highway, and we broke down in Mossy. We called DTE after-hours, and they offered to tow us and fix it right away. We only stayed in WV for a few days. By the time we were scheduled to leave, they fixed our serpentine belt, timing belt, and water pump! Shout-out to Lawrence for being the absolute best. My car overheated on my way across country at night as I was traveling through town. DTE folks were so helpful and so nice! Their tow driver came out to pick up my car and the dispatcher helped me find a hotel to stay the night in. The next morning they worked on my car and got me out the door by noon. The technicians were so knowledgeable and not pushy at all. And the owner was very fair. So lucky to have had them help me through this ordeal!!

We were traveling through the area from out of town and broke down within 1/2 mile from DTE and I think if we were going to breakdown, this was the place to do it.We called and within minutes they were there to tow us. They made sure we were serviced promptly considering we had our 3 dogs and 2 daughters with us and are still fairly far from our destination.They could not have been more helpful, hospitable, kind or accommodating.They diagnosed our issue promptly and ordered the part and instead of waiting for it to be delivered, had a tow driver get it since they were already close by.I cannot thank everyone at DTE Tow and Repair enough for taking such great care of us!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Car towing, Auto battery maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Amazing service! We were travelling from Canada to Orlando when our car broke down. Lawrence immediately fit us in to their busy day and determined the trouble. Lawrence ordered the transmission fluid we needed and we went to a lovely little diner while they fixed the issue. Our car was given a complete check and we were told what to look for to make sure we would not have any more troubles. I wish they were our neighbourhood mechanics!

I was 4 hours from home when my car broke down and needed towed. I was on the side of the highway US-19 alone and had zero idea what to do. Single mom who has never had a car issue so you can imagine the anxiety I was going through. I reached out to DTE and they sent a tow truck to come tow me to their shop. Matt was the driver and couldn't say enough good things about this man. He made me feel safe and comfortable...super friendly. I was then met by Lawrence who was the man on the other end of the phone when I broke down. Super sweet grandfather who talked to me about his grandkids, his life, etc... while I waited to hear about my car. I ended up needing a new alternator however it was already 4:00 on Friday July 21, 2023 and the shopped closed at 5. He told me he didn't think they would be able to fix it until Monday because the job would take a couple hours to fix and they were closing soon. Lawrence went to the garage bay and asked if anyone could stay to repair my car since I was 4 hours from home and on my way to meet my daughter for the weekend. Charles who is my angel said he would gladly stay to fix my car. Another mechanic offered to stay but Charles said he had it under control. Lawrence stayed with me until Charles was done. These people did not know me, they didn't owe me anything however they saw how far I was from home and just wanted to help. Today (Tuesday the 25th) I received a call from Lawrence checking in to see if the car was good and to make sure I made it home safely. I would HIGHLY recommend this company because they truly care about their customers. I only wish there were more car companies out there like DTE.

Amazing customer service. I personally did not use their service due to being away for work, but my wife was traveling, with our 5 kids, from Pennsylvania to Georgia for Easter when she got the battery warning in our Acadia. DTE happened to be the closest auto repair available. Not only were they able to diagnose the problem and get my wife and kids back on the road fast, the manager and employees were extremely patient and kind with my kids putting up with crying and running around the waiting area. On our way back home from South Carolina to Canada we had a high pitched engine sound that we needed to check out on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. At 900 on they took our car in before the holiday and checked all belts and fluids and gave us a clean bill of health giving us a peaceful state of mind on our drive home. They recommended an excellent bakery to spend time while we waited for our car to be checked out. Thanks so much.

There aren't enough words to express my gratitude to Lawrence and Steve. I live in Indiana, my daughter was driving here from Virginia. She blew a tire in West Virginia and was stranded. After calling a few tire places nearby, someone suggest I call Lawrence. I'm so glad I did. Even though he was 35 minutes away, he found someone (Steve), to go rescue my daughter immediately. He told me to breathe and that he would get her taken care of. I was only slightly hysterical. He stayed on the phone with me at least 20 minutes. Steve made it out to my daughter and got her to the tire place safe and sound. Later, that evening, before he left work for the day, Lawrence called me to make sure Kirstie was safe and back on the road. His kindness and genuine concern for someone else's child was way above and beyond. He is just a good human. Thank you, Lawrence and Steve. Much Gratitude from Indiana!Service: Car towing
