Yes, the cashier was polite, yes she provided wonderful service, with a smile. She did her job well and took the time to listen to the quirky things I said. Giving a polite laugh, and answering with small talk that was appropriate. Though what I said might not of been what people call "politically correct", or "appropriate". She was intelligent enough to understand what I was saying even though I did not say it out right. While understanding I was just joking. I was pleasantly given time to make my selections of products, any questions I had she answered to the best of her abilities. I did not feel rushed, or hushed. I will always return to shop at this store.

Appalled by the actions of management named dustina who just had a full performance in front of the whole store I have it on video about to share it publicly but it was so embarrassing the way she talked to the cashier a young boy by the name of CJ l. A lady had an issue with a return and wanted her money back she was yelling at her and tried to put the blame on CJ but the lady said he was nice and polite he was just trying to do his job and that she was the one being rude she then exited the store I was still in line taking the video while she opened up another registered and still was blurting out her discrepancies with doing a truck and all the people hollering in her ear, etc etc. I feel sorry for that young man because I know my church has tried to help his family and I know they're going through struggles right now he really works hard and tries his best at his job she should be ashamed and it's a bad look for the Dollar tree right there in Oak Hill.

Michael is honestly in the wrong line of business. He's very rude and cusses if you ask for change back. I called twice but when I asked for corporate number he hung up me. Definitely won't ever be back.

Gentleman that works there is soooo nice, the only problem at this store is that it is always dirty. The floors dirty, shelves dusty, and more action should be taken especially during COVID

This is the store in Oak Hill, WV. I am Using a cane And you’re not allowed to take the burgers out of the store to take your purchase to your car. This is crazy because no one offered to help me carry my bags to my car. I had to set my stuff down in the middle of the road open my car door and go back-and-forth to get my stuff in my car. There’s no reason we should not be able to take the buggy to our car. I will no longer shop here.Thank you

I prefer this location. Big store (a little bigger than usual I think) everything is easy to find. Employees are polite and helpful.Love this store💚 and the service.

Bought a pack of balloons here and was told they arent allowed to blow them up. This is literally the only dollar tree location I ever been to and been told this! Just lazy and not wanting to do it
