Me and my wife literally stood in the furniture room for 30 minutes and nobody came to assist us. On our way out, Four of the staff members were sitting on the chairs up front talking to each other while we were completely ignored.I'm writing this from the comfort of my new couch from Rent A Center. It could have been from Big lots.

Good bargains and a variety of products! We love coming here during the holiday seasons and browsing their decorations. Nice furniture here as well. The workers are very kind and helpful.

One of the larger Big lots that I have shopped. Always clean and well organized. Attentive employees, never had to search without assistance, or wait to long for an attendant to check me out or guide me in the right direction of my search. They also have a very nice large Furniture section in the back of the store. Fairly nice Furniture with fairly decent prices. Never had a very long wait for assistance in the Furniture section either. Check out our Big Lots u may really enjoy the experience and the polite courteous associates.

Big lots is always nice when they're very often but they always have some of the more interesting stuff that little harder to find especially in the food section.

I order a head and they had my stuff ready behind the counter had to drive 30 minutes to this big lots because they had the room spray that I like the other Big lots close to has not had it for over a month. So for me it was worth the drive to go and get the last few bottles ty big lots🙂

Great place because the shelves were full in other words they were out of nothing very well stocked,also have 2 other comments restroom was super clean as well as everyone was super friendly and they were there if u needed help finding anything

I purchased a new set of couches and the staff was great. The staff on the day I went to buy a new set saved me a lot of money by telling me to come back the next day. They were able to apply a sale, discount, and additional savings by doing this. Most people would have sold a set on the spot and not mentioned they could save you money.

Big Lots has so much merchandise that it's hard for me to figure out when I need to go there and when I need to shop at regular grocery stores. The more I go to Big Lots though, the more I find good deals. The fact that it is in the same shopping center as Krogers also makes it convenient when I realize that I will be paying a premium price at Kroger's and I know that Big Lots has the same merchandise for less money. As I mentioned, though, it's hard to keep in my head exactly what merchandise I can find for a cheaper price at Big Lots.

It's not even October 1st yet and they have taken down most of there Halloween decor... I shop in October for my Halloween stuff and they got only Christmas s.. t how dare they... Christmas isn't till December 2 months away you have more fall and Halloween days then you have Christmas months... How rude...

My husband and I have visited this store several times this year. We bought a set of wicker furniture among other things. This store has the most polite service people I have encountered in a long time. The items we have purchased have been exactly what we expected. Very nice to have nice, helpful people waiting on us!!!

Not a lot of business here these days since walmart is just down the road from it. Good selection on specific things and has a clearance isle. Sells furniture and staff is very friendly and helpful. Has a great section for decoration. Has alot of the same items as Wal-Mart just less selection of brands. Never the less if I'm closer to this store I stop here for the lesser crowds.

Big Lots USED TO BE A Place to get many different items, at real "bargain prices!" But over the last 8 or 10 years, those prices have crept up to a point, where many items are more expensive than regular retail stores! I once emailed a complaint about this and was told that it would be fowarded to the proper personnel! Big Lots does have the occasional "good sale price" on some items, but they're usually BIG TICKET ITEMS, like Furniture! Otherwise, the only REAL BARGAIN PRICES you'll find there, are on "Clearance" items! Especially Over Priced, are refrigerated and frozen foods!!! So, unless you see something advertised that you want, or know of something that they sell for less than other stores, it's a waste of time to go looking for bargain at Big Lots!!!

Nice friendly associates. We looked at furniture and food items. I love Triscuits, they get a lot of different flavors than regular grocery stores.

We were ready to purchase two chairs and a table that were on the floor when the employee went to help a person that wanted help with a $10 item. They lost $500 in sales because of her incompetence.

This location has a much larger selection than the Beckley location. Lots more clearance stuff too. The building really needs some updating though.
