My wife and I drove out to West Virginia to ride for a week. On day 1 my machine had a fuel pump failure. We were referred to Willy and he got us in the next morning. We went and did some hiking and by lunch time we got a call that my machine was ready to roll. Willy has great customer service. He stocks a ton of parts. He is quick on the wrench. Plus….. he is a great guy to talk to. I have heard the horror stories on people,having breakdowns and getting taken advantage of by local repair shops. Not here. His price was reasonable and fair and I felt it was well worth it especially given that he got us back on the trail in a few hours.

Place is an excellent quiet place to stay. Right next to a small creek. Bring ur own towels and blankets and pillows. I get the towel policy since if they provided towels people would probably use em as a rag on their SXS lol. Owner was always on site. Any questions and problems he took care of them. Would for sure go stay here again.

This place is the best from the owners to the cabins. My general broke down on the first day. The carrier bearing locked up. Not only did willy have the part he helped me install it on the drive shaft. Only charged me for the part. As far as the cabins they were clean and right on the creek. Best people you can meet. Even the dog was friendly . Thanks again for everything willy. I will be staying here again

We just stayed at Wild Willy's May 7 to 12, we rented the largest cabin and it was great, clean, all the amenities, great location for the trails and I can't say enough about Willy and Bonnie. On my first ride I knocked a hole in my belt cover, Willy called everyone he knew looking for one with no success so I removed it and Willy took the time to build a patch and repair it ( He did a awesome repair ) and saved my entire vacation, the price was more than fair for all his time. I will be staying there again hopefully in the fall, I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Absolutely the best place to stay if you are visiting Hatfield Mccoy trails. Cabins are spotless and have everything you could need. Willy is the best! Great guy, super friendly and informative and he saved out trip with his parts and ability to quickly help with repairs at a very reasonable rate!! Can't say enough about this place!!

FANTASTIC BUSINESS! we came from Charlotte to ride the trails on ATVs, within the first 10 miles, I blew the sidewall out of my back tire, I was able to limp it all the way to Wild Willys, he was able to replace both back tires with MUCH better quality tires. I was AMAZED at the price! I was expecting to pay double what he charged me because he was the only one around and had them in stock. He is definitely one of the most honest mechanics I've ever met!!

Had an occasion to Visit Wild Willy's on 4/4. His smallish store was well stocked with repair items, fluids, gear, and souvenirs.I had dropped a rear differential earlier in the week and was smelling and showing oil on the underside. Willy put my machine in the garage lift, cleaned the area, and reassured me that we slightly overfilled the rear end and oil was simply weeping from the vent tube. He was hesitant to take even a gesture payment for his time & effort. Wild Willy certainly made a lasting impression on me and our group went on to enjoy a less stressful trip. I will certainly visit again when in the area and he will be highly recommended to all my friends in the riding community.

Willy saved me big time! Left my house at 1am drove for 8 hours to get down there for the week. And snapped my right lower a arm in the first 15 minutes on my maverick x3.I called around for parts and found some 1.5 hours away, went and got the parts. Dropped it off and within a day he had it all together, and it was a bear of a job. Luckily he had the time for me.

We've stayed here before and will continue recommending Wild Willy's to anyone that ask for suggestions in West Virginia. Willy is extremely helpful and has that southern hospitality that you only see in TV shows. He goes out of his way to help his renters.... and anyone else that needs it. Thanks for helping us have a memorable trip! Thank you to Liberty as well (dog that we believe is a humam) lol 😆 and thank your wife for us too. We appreciate all y'all do for riders like us.

I can't say enough good stuff about this Ole Carolina boy (Man) . He has saved us 2 times already this year, when you think you have everything you need,wrong 😆. Willie is the Man,he has numerous years of experience in side by sides or anything needing repaired. He has a pretty dang good stock of tires and parts you thought you wouldn't need or that won't break part. We just went with our brand new side by side,no issues with the machine but caught a limb and and punched a hole in the rear axle boot. My wife called Wille and next morning and less than an hour later we be Rollin. Yes simple fix I have been a mechanic for 30+ years but price of the parts and his labor, I told my wife we shall carry it to Mr Willie 😆. This man will do what he can in his power to help out and not beat you to death ain't the register And not everything is a cheap fix neither.He is a FAIR AND AWESOME MAN Many thanks to you Willie and as you said hope to see ya again but hopefully not on those terms. God bless you and wish there many more like you.

7 of us stayed 4 nights at Wild Willy's ATV Rezort for an ATV trip. Willy is a can-do and do anything for you type of guy. He knows the area well and was able to provide up to date trail information including directions and conditions of the trails. I had a carburetor issue with my ATV on one of the days and Willy was able to take my carburetor off and have it fixed in a couple of minutes. This repair alone made my stay there worth it. The regular cabins we rented were reasonable for the price and had a lot to offer. Willy's prices on parts and gear are also reasonable. We plan on coming back!

We absolutely LOVE staying at Willy’s! We’ve stayed there several times over the past few years & it’s our favorite place to stay in the area! Willy is so much fun to be around & will do anything he can to help you out with your machines, Bonnie is Willy’s wife & is just sweet as can be! What can I say that hasn't been said already. The cabins ate perfect for a HMT riding trip. Willy was a great host full of helpful knowledge of the trails and area. He has a large inventory of parts for repairs, upgrades or accessories. Easy ride to the trails right from your cabin, no loading and loading you rides, just wake up, hope on and go.

This is the second time I've stayed here. I highly recommend this resort. I had 2 issues with my RZR. Both times he stopped what he was doing and fixed my RZR . His approach to customer service is reminiscent of yester years. He saved my trip twice and was happy to get me back on the trail. Cabins are basic but clean and we'll maintained.The location and access to the trails is amazing. Willy and Bonnie are the best and will do whatever you need to make your stay perfect. Thanks guys for a great time and will see you again soon.
