The people who worked there on 11/8/23 were fabulous. They were super slammed with online orders and had people in line waiting to place their orders and the man and woman there didn’t let it bother them. They were laughing and talking to all the customers in there while apologizing for the wait we had. The lady, Paula I think is her name, is just a delight to talk to and she kept a smile on here face. Not one time did either of the employees show any kind of reaction to the amount of business they had going on. I want them to know what a great job they did and I was amazed at how they handled business. I will keep coming to this location just for the friendly atmosphere. Oh yeah, the food was amazing as well!!!

*AVOID THIS LOCATION* Staff is rude and rolls their eyes when you ask for anything. They also mishandle your sub by just throwing topping unevenly all over the place with globs of sauce that make it taste unbearable. The workers they have here completely do not care and just try to get you in and out. MANY MANY LOCATIONS ARE AVAILABLE CLOSE BY, "AVOID NITRO SUBWAY!!!"

Had a mobile order they completely drenched my sub in mayo and Buffalo sauce making the bred soggy and made it fall apart and then also would not take Mt coupons

I have not been at a subway for years. This particular one - on a road trip - is next to a cluster of generic gast food. Four of us got fresh sandwiches. Driving for more long hours? The veggie delight was FUEL and did not bog me down, which I was worried about. And I was toast coming from MI. When was the last time a sandwich saved lives? Hell, yay! Well, it is still a subway, but the crew were troopers too.

My sub I loved it !!!! I told my husband the two kids made that sub of mine perfect !!! If I remembered the two young man's names I would list them because it was just the way I wanted it plus some. Perfect

They have an excellent staff. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Food, service, and speed was great too. Plus, they are one of the few Subway's that I know of that still makes my favorite sandwich, the Seafood Sensation.

To whom it may concern, there was a young man making sandwiches. And I gotta tell ya. I did not have an easy order. Mix max different sizes. He went after it with precision and made sure they were perfect. When I got home with everything the order was right on. I can see this young man running his own store one day. I'm not really big on filling out survey's. But this young man deserves a good word.

Would leave zero stars but i guess that’s not an option. After placing my order on the app, I went inside and waited while they prepared it due to beings slightly early. I am absolutely appalled by the way the employees talked about my order. Not only did they mess up two sandwiches, they also talked about how they should “mess with this order and make it look like an accident”. I will definitely be taking my business else where.

This is consistently one of the best Subways I frequent. They are always offering the National Specials, unlike some in the area. I frequently pass the Teays Valley SW to visit this one because of the consistently excellent service and specials. Like most fast food locations, they experience some turnover, but their training must be good because service is usually great but always at least good. Dining room and bathrooms are also clean and well maintained. I have eaten here 20+ times. If you like Subway, you will enjoy this location.

On February 5, 2020, I placed an order on line. I ordered extra mayo and requested 4 jalapenos on my cold cut combo. When I got my order at home, The amount of jalapenos was insane. I tried to take off the jalapenos. Total amount was a little over 30. Yes, 30!! I thought about eating it but I couldn't get by with all that mayo. So I took my sandwich back. I did get it remade. After complaining I spoke to the manager the next day. She said Corporate would be willing to give me my money back for that sub. My second option was getting a coupon for 2 free foot long subs. As of this date 2/14, and 2 phone calls later, I still haven't received my coupons. I was and still am very disappointed.

I usually have a decent experience with this subway. However, today my sandwich was not stacked with fixins’ like they normally do and there were no jalapeño chips. The pop was flat and I just feel like this is becoming the norm. If I’m going to be charged $8-10 for a meal, please provide QUALITY and QUANTITY

This Subway is on a downward spiral. One preparer stating she has bronchitis while coughing her way to prepare the food from smoking outside, another visit taking 15 minutes to complete an order with two workers present, not one table clean, and bathroom smells like rotten food(water standing in drain with mold). Unsure if it is difficult to train quality employees or something else, but it should be corrected if they want to continue business.

Really good sandwich I just believe I spent far too much money on it. It must have been around lunch and they were furious with the sandwiches. I had to search for my top to the drink. All and all I loved my sandwich.

Your supposed to have all your breads offered but when i went in the nitro location you were out of itialian herbs and cheese bread. I come in to this store at least 4 times a week and seems everytime i come in the 1 particular employee always seems to be out of just about every bread, on top of that he smashes the bread as he cuts it, then againg after the sandwich is made.

The ladies working at this store are so nice. You always hear them say "Welcome to Subway"! Probably one of the cleanest restaurants I've been to!
