Always a run around and waiting a minimum of 30min-1hr for Rx after calling 2+hrs earlier. I don't know why they don't fill scripts when they get them instead of waiting for someone to come pick them up and asking for them at the register. Their services are truly outdated. This has been an ongoing problem since I started using them several months ago. They never have stuff in stock after waiting days to fill.

This place is A joke, called the pharmacy the front desk told me. They were closed. Then hang up on me. It was after 10 am. The pharmacy told me the medicine would be ready in 5 minutes. Turned into an hour the 2 pharmacy just laughing and joking with each other. When people were waiting.never doing business with them again.

Needed some medical supplies quickly this morning...they jumped head first into making sure I got what I needed... DELIVERED!!! Very very nice people.... would highly recommend!!!!

Your pharmacy really sucks because when we were notified of a prescription refill we traveled to Nitro only to find that they hadn’t even started. Case in point is the prescription was even called in the day before by our Physician. Really? I had to wait 45 minutes to fill the medication. In addition they didn’t even fill the correct prescription! This isn’t a very professional way to conduct pharmacy business because my wife has been suffering from post COVID long haul conditions!!!!😤 I’m presently trying to identify an alternate source for our medications.

I love this place! This is the only one that I will go to. If you get rid of anyone from this pharmacy I will not go back there. They are family. Love them all.
