Staff are always rude! It’s always a wreck in this store they leave stuff outside in rain all the time clothes and such and still sell it. I’ve literally had to call fire Marshall before recently to get them to clean the mess you couldn’t walk down the isles. They listen to awful music that you don’t want your children to listen too and it’s not low either it’s so loud she couldn’t hear me say Hello. I wish Nitro had another dollar store I wouldn’t go back to this one! If you don’t like your job that much please find another!

Super slow in checkout line, took longer to get checked out, than shopping, they always have their phone off the hook, it's like they don't kkwant, or need your business

Staff is friendly, and helpful. Everything is nice, neat, organized and clean! The only thing..... parking. There's ample spaces of parking, its just the functionality isn't so great. If parking functionality doesn't bother you I suggest you pick this store!

Management has gone downhill. Doesn't know how to do their job most of the time. Extremely rude to my fiance and daughter. Worth taking the extra few minutes to travel to a for general in St. Albans for a far better experience. The elderly gentleman was there only one who one how to do anything and talked to people politely.

This store is an absolute wreck, you can barely walk down any of the isles for all the boxes in the way. There is very little product on the shelves expecialy in the pet food isle, could not get to the paper towels and toilet paper without moving their carts. Just an overall bad shopping experience. We will not be returning to that store again.

It felt like going to Dollar General it was amazing such a beautiful place such beautiful people in habiting it and all the workers are awesome so polite such an intense beautiful place I give it five stars and I would think every one of them cuz when I couldn't find my beef broth they showed me right where to go that was so polite

It is a great place to find the essentials that people may want or need or have to buy depending on their likes and interests that they may find at this store like food and care supplies for a daily living and it even sells prepaid products such as gift cards and prepaid phone brands!!

My first time in Nitro store and every aisle was almost impossible to get to anything as they had racks stacked 6 ft high I had to push out of my way. Delivery day with not enough help? Young girl at counter greeted me with "You are going to have to put EVERYTHING on counter" I had case of water and several 12 packs of soft drinks. I didn't ask her to gun scan so not sure why the attitude. I believe in second chances so will revisit to see if just bad timing. But felt unwelcome.

3 are like 3-4 miles all within range of where we live, all nice stores including 1 brand new opening in Cross Lanes. Everybody loves a DG, right?

Holy moly this is the largest dg I've ever been to. Very clean didn't have clutter everywhere like the other stores do.

The last couple of months the Nitro DG store has gone downhill. Their are always racks loaded and unloaded all over the store. The shelves are in disarray. The things they put outside are displayed like they threw them outside the door. Used to be my favorite DG store and I would recommend it to people for how clean and stocked it was. After going there tonight, I won't recommend it again unless or until they have new management.

Nice workers, but aisles were full of stuff that made it difficult to move around and to find things to buy. I like DG as a whole, but this store needs some improvements.

They just recently reorganized the layout of the store. Seems roomier. The employees are always pleasant and helpful.

It is a dollar store. Most of these stores give average to bellow average service due to under staffing by management. You will often find them dirty and sometimes things will not be stocked.
