Young girl who worked the drive thru on Thursday april 11 at noon was so incredibly rude to me. She pretty much threw my order at me through the window and was like "Here you go" with her bad attitude face. This is usually a friendly great DQ why do you let someone like that handle the drive thru. This girl needs to learn customer service. She is giving you a bad taste. I will be sure to tell everyone about my experience today.Good food, Absolutely horrible customer service

Ice cream doesn't come out with lids on it. Sit in front of other people the food is sitting in front of other people. The point where they just sat there and they touch it and they breathe on it and then you find out 5 minutes later that foods for you and then they get upset when you ask for either a new one or a refund

(Nitro WV)Went through the drive thru this evening and my order was say $9.27 so I handed the boy $10.27. He snatched the ten from my hand causing the change to go everywhere including up under my car. Then looked at me like I should crawl around and get it! Then started giving me change. I told him it should be a dollar even. He said well if you pick up that change you will have your dollar. How freaking rude! It wasn’t the money it was the principal. He caused the problem, why is it on me to crawl around and get my difference. Then the hotdogs were just thrown in the bag all unwrapped. What a mess. I won’t bother going there again.

Came with the family to eat since we never get out and had the best meal we've had in awhile. The staff is super polite and they all were working hard while fixing any small issues. Will definitely come back in the future and love the blizzards and hotdogs.

Went through the drive-through, and instantly had very bad customer service. The workers were being very short and rude over the intercom, and when we pulled up to the window, they continued to be very cold to us. The workers proceeded to leave the drive-through window open and have personal conversations. The entire experience was just very unprofessional. They didn’t even make one of our blizzards and had to go back and make it. We sat at the drive-through for a few minutes while they proceeded to talk to each other and weren’t working on making our second blizzard. It was an all a round bad experience. Definitely the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.

We ordered the our favorite treats. The classic hot dogs with slaw (West Virginia style) and chocolate blizzards. These workers were amazing at taking orders and making sure they were correct. Very fast service and the food was excellent.We were sadly disappointed that we couldn’t take advantage of the special on the Blizzards for 85 cents. You must have the app but, even then it didn’t bring up the Blizzard at the special price. Too much complexity, many will miss out simply because the app didn’t function correctly and was limited just to the App holders. I would hope DQ would remedy this problem in the future and not make so difficult to order.

Went to get ice cream with my son, and as we are sitting at a table eating, I watch an employee put his bare hand into one of the topping containers and put it in his mouth. When I went up to ask for a manager to speak with about it. I got the run around that there was no manager or shift lead there. And that the manager had left about 10 minutes earlier to go to the dollar store to get muddy bites because they ran out and that I could wait on him to come back. The employee told me he assured me his hands were clean. But he is also the one that took my payment.

The drive-thru was super busy but we were only in line for maybe 5 to 7 min...so the service was fast and people were friendly...we got 2 cheese cake blizzards, brownie whatever it was, 2 hot dogs and they gave our dog Shadow (golden retriever) a pup cup of whipcream...Very Satisfied...Thank You

Stopped here for a blizzard. I ordered a Choco Brownie Extreme. The worker came back with something pink that I could tell had tons of toppings and the icecream was filled over the cup.I reminded her that I ordered the Choco Brownie Extreme. She looked annoyed and came back with a blizzard that was not filled all the way and had barely any toppings in it. Seriously, there was nothing Extreme about it. Most of the bites had NO candy and probably only 3 brownie chunks in the whole thing. Very disappointing!

This is my favorite dairy Queen location by far! I love their outdoor seating that they have. It's a nice place to escape from the sun so your ice cream doesn't melt as much. We love their English hot dogs and of course they're blizzards and cones. I only got a picture of my girls ice cream cone because we were digging in our lunches.

5 stars because a dark haired girl makes the place run smoothly and needs a huge raise. She is never there on the weekends which is a shame. When she is there my order is correct and the ice cream is amazing, you can tell she cares. If I had to rate the weekend crew, it would probably be 2 stars. They are so slow and 90% of the time get melty ice cream.

Employees are usually always nice but I won’t go back there for I’ve cream. The last several times I’ve been there for ice cream (over the past 2-3 years) it has been melted. EVERY TIME! How come a business who specializes in selling ice cream not keep it frozen?

I owe Nitro Dairy Queen a huge apology. I mistakenly thought this review request was for the Sissonville location and there is a huge problem with the Sissonville location's soft- serve. The Nitro Dairy Queen is flat AWESOME. I recommend it highly.

Amazing as always! The BBQ Pork sandwich is one of the best I've ever had, and I'm not a fan of BBQ Pork sandwiches. The foot-long hotdog is my favorite, and you can't beat the ice cream

Always great food! BEST NACHOS AND CHILI DOG in the area! Staff is always very helpful. Noticed, through the drive thru my son loved chocolate- and was nice enough to offer to make the blizzard with chocolate soft serve- I had no clue it was an option! Always friendly, helpful and HAPPY!! Also, super busy- even in Winter.... let that speak for itself LOL.

We LOVE their English dogs! I just wish they had French fries. This location doesn't have anything that has to be cooked in a fryer. So, no deep fried mushrooms, no onion rings, no fries, no chicken strips, etc. And the other Dairy Queens have the fried foods but don't have English dogs! But this one is very friendly. They saw my 2 year old grand daughter in the back seat and gave her a free cone. We thought that was very sweet!

Love our hometown DQ! They stay so busy, the ice cream is a bit melted but always good. 4 stars because their hot dog chili recipe changed. It is now too spicy and I no longer can enjoy it. My neighbors feel the same way. Hope they are listening.
