I can’t praise the staff enough for making a horrible time for me a little bit easier. They allowed me all the time I needed to spend with my fat daddy and assured me he was in good hands. I’m sure my cat was treated with respect and the services are affordable. Now my little guy is home where he belongs and I can’t thank Cooke Funeral Home enough during the difficult time.

I thought my review posted a year ago but I could not find it. Dustin and Sara were both very compassionate, professional and helpful during this difficult process. This was my first time choosing this option as a way to lay my sweet boy to rest. I will forever continue to choose Cooke for my place of business. There were many options for urns and both Dustin and Sara explained the best ways to care for the urn to keep it in excellent condition. I will definitely recommend this business.

I’m posting this for my Danny. They were so kind, caring and just let me cry as much as I needed. We chose them after I watched them caringly place peoples pets in their vehicle to cremate them. Yes I sat there and cried. I highly recommend them to friends too.

We have used them to place several cats to rest over the last 15 yrs or so. recently, we lost our oldest feline. I've was in contact with cooks about buying the urn and sealing it as we were out of state when the death occurred, so she had already been cremated. I can't get an answer, a call back, or even a return text!!!! terrible business!! do NOT recommend!Edit - about 30 mins after writing and posting this review they called me to say my baby's urn was completed..had someone been in touch in the past 2 weeks from my several attempts of contact, I may have bought it but I did already take my business elsewhere. advice to the woman who called me....you are calling a person that lost a family member! you should keep that in mind with the tone of your voice on your future calls.... It's insulting..0 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND this business

Our dog passed away on a Saturday morning and we called and left a message and got a call back within the hour. They set up a time to meet us at the crematorium shortly after. I was amazed at the affordable services and beautiful urns and keepsake boxes they had available (but not required). They took so much of the stress of losing a beloved pet off of our shoulders. Again, it was extremely affordable and a very easy process. Everyone there was extremely compassionate and kind.

The fine people at Cook Pet Crematorium are the most sympathetic, caring and understanding people that I have ever dealt with during a time of loss. Unfortunately, I have had to use them on several occasions and they are always caring, loving and treat my animal as their own. I was prepared for the worst, I had been told lots of horror stories about funeral homes and their high pressure upsell tactics. However, there was none of that nonsense. Out of this whole process, Cooke Funeral Home was extremely helpful, kind and courteous. I really felt like they just wanted to make the worst day of my life as easy as they could. I truly cannot recommend them enough, and I am eternally grateful to the lady and gentlemen that assisted us.

There comes a time when you inevitably must say good-bye to your precious family pet. He/she gave so much and asked for so little. Cooke Pet Crematorium helped make this devastating time so much more tolerable. Their compassion, professionalism and understanding helped to begin our healing process. We lost our good boy on Monday and went to pick up his cremated remains today. The staff was kind and caring. Losing a beloved pet is so difficult and this is a very professional place that provides a necessary service. We were pleased with our experience and will take any other animals we have there when the time comes.

Highly recommend Cooke Pet Crematorium! When I lost my golden retriever Nevaeh I was devastated. The staff here was very kind and genuinely caring. Nevaeh was my first fur baby and my first fur baby to cross the rainbow bridge. My heart was crushed. Cooke Pet Crematorium made the final plans easier to accept. Thank you so much!!!

We lost our cat Yella on Sunday who was with me for 17 years. I was very heartbroken(I'm still heartbroken) and in shock(still kinda am) and everything else. I didn't realize they were closed that day. But we got a call back and was able to take her in. And we got her back the next day.Thank you so much for taking the time out and doing what you did for us. We appreciate it!

How this place got five stars I'll never know, with your employees telling the parents of deceased pets while they hold their ashes, insulting them on their choice of pet. Whether it be a rat a dog or a bird, who the heck are you to insult a grieving pet parent while they were picking up the ashes of their pet. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Wasn't aware it was standard practice for employees to insult people for their choice of pet. Doesn't matter what that animal is, you are paid to do a service and to do it respectfully.If you can't be respectful for five minutes you should not be working at a crematorium. Shame on this place for allowing that.

If you're going to hire people make sure they are respectful of all creatures big and small. There is no excuse to insult someone based on the animal they love, especially when they are grieving the loss of their fur baby.
