I went to the Fiesta Tent Sale and got beautiful dish ware for such an amazing deal! I got a 12 piece dinner plate, bowl, and appetizer dish set, (and a wooden spoon holder!) for a total of $74! I couldn’t believe it! When I went the sale was outside. There was a worker limiting how many people could be in the tent at a time, and shopping carts were provided. There were so many beautiful options to choose from. I get so many compliments on our dinning set.

I have been a big fan of FiestaWare for most of my life. I finally got some around 20 years ago and I’m 62. I also finally went to the outlet store and it was a lot of fun. I could not believe how great the quality was in the 2nds. I found a cobalt cup that I wanted with a bit of color missing from the bottom. Not a dealbreaker. You just have to take your time and look through the piles and piles of items. I went today and it was Saturday and I think it was mostly picked through. There was still a lot of things, but I would suggest going sometime during the weekday. I did buy some items as gifts in the new color of Jade. But they did not have the dinner plate😭. I will be back for sure. There is also a restaurant supply side. The stuff there is nice too. p.s. be sure to go see the pile of broken dishes across from the outlet store.

This is a great place! You can get anything Fiesta here. We loved the front of the store and then the back has the second section where we we able to find exactly what we needed. We weren’t able to do the tour when we went but maybe another time. The gals working that day were super nice. Would love to go back again!

I will always use fiesta dinnerware for as long as i live! even then i will pass it on to someone when i die. Fiesta is the absolute best. Getting to visit the factory in Newell has been very rewarding. ❤️💙💛💚 the tent sale is semi annually, june & october!! check it out

Friendly staff. Good selection for the seconds, even for the retired and restaurant line across the seconds room. Did the 1 hour factory tour which was very interesting and informative. This is a must see activity for a fiesta fanatic. The small museum in itself has lots of pieces that have historical value. After each tour, a souvenir coaster is given.

I'm not a dishes guy, but my mom and wife like this place. We went to the tent sale and got some great prices on useful kitchen stuff. We now have multicolored snack bowls among other things.

Was amazed by how beautiful their store is. Clean, beautiful displays of their new products. Gorgeous big windows in the front of the store bringing lots of sunshine in. There are two others parts to their store which display older items and second pickings, great deals! However, the section with older items gets really dusty so maybe take a cloth with you if you are searching hard for some stuff in there. I’m from the local area and this was my first time going. I’m sad it took me so long to finally get here, but I’m glad I finally did, I loved it! Highly recommend coming here for your household kitchen dishes and more, you won’t be disappointed.

The store was clean and everything had a price. The staff was a bit unfriendly and would have rated a 5 if the guy and girl that looked directly at me in line actually asked id i meeded help. No, we waited 5 or 6 minutes for the other mad faced employee to tell them to do their jobs and open the other register. There were 2 others behind us.On a better note: OMG. Great place toBuy singles. We got a disk pitcher for 8.50 and tall java mugs for 4 bucks ea. There are crates full of dishes. The seconds are great. The store is a bit small and Fiesta Fanatics are not moving out of the way for you!

They sell first and second quality here. Bring a rag with to look at the 2nds. They have the dust on them still. Good prices with minor imperfections. They also have restaurant style plates. Too many different sizes and shapes and colors to mention.

Omg. This place is Heaven. If you love collecting Fiestaware this is a must. Beautiful spot on the Ohio River too in WV. Check out the seconds section (pieces that have minor flaws) for great deals on all the brightly colored Fiestaware. And don’t ignore the other side of the store with all Homer Laughlin restaurant ware china which is very retro diner style-esque.

It's a decent place. But super overpriced .Make sure to check out the seconds section and carry a napkin or towel.The store isn't very customer friendly with staff who are unavailable to help or assist.The collection is decent, there is no refinement on the products for the price point.

Typical factory outlet. Does offer new designs and colors. But fiesta Ware has gotten so God- awful expensive that there are few bargains to be found. There are numerous retailers offering better prices.

Great stop for any Fiesta fan! The seconds room offers some good deals on pieces of various quality. Make sure to dig around to find near-flawless pieces.Tour: you watch an old video and get some history on Fiesta and Homer Laughlin. In the video room, you will have the opportunity to see some rare and unique pieces. If the weather (heat) permits, you will then get a tour of the factory. You also receive a free small plate for taking the tour.Store: as much Fiesta as you can buy! All different sizes, colors and patterns are offered at reasonable prices.Pro-tip: bring a rag or old sock to the seconds room. Many pieces have dust from the factory, so you will want to wipe off pieces as you hunt.

This is a review of Fiesta Factory Direct. Hope this is the right place to post. Very positive experience. I customized a 12 piece dinnerware set. Everything packaged with care. No charge for shipping though the two boxes were heavy. Only one handling fee of $4.95 even with twelve different colors and four different items. Arrived quickly. Very satisfied. Will buy again.

Being big Fiesta fans, we were pleased to look on the map and learn that we weren’t too far from Newell. We decided to take time and stop by the Homer Laughlin Co and check it out in person. Anyone who likes the colorful Fiesta line will be in heaven when they walk through the doors! I never knew there were so many products and so many colors. They even have a room filled with factory “seconds” but being a guy and a novice, I had a hard time spotting the imperfections. The facility itself is certainly nothing fancy but it’s fun and it’s free- the two most important things on a road trip stop!

Went to my first tent sale yesterday! Walked right in at 11 am, though it was very busy inside. The checkout line was long. We waited about an hour, but the others waiting in line were friendly and time passed quickly!The employees were very friendly and helpful! The cashier was friendly and the packers did a great job! The pick up area was very efficient. All in all, I thought the sale was very well organized and the customers were great! My tip: wait until the afternoon to go, when all the early birds are done shopping. Trust me, there is PLENTY of stock to choose from! Thank you Fiesta Dinnerware for a great experience! I love my first pieces and will be back for more!

A must-see if you are interested in Fiestaware! The factory includes an outlet store with the largest variety of current pieces and recently retired Fiesta pieces and colors. There are certain pieces you will also only find at the factory outlet! Go into the seconds room, and you will find amazing deals on almost perfect Fiesta and restaurantware pieces. Take the factory tour if you have time! You must make reservations ahead of time.

Today I have received my 5 settings piece in sunflower color made by Fiesta and its the most beautiful dinner plate, saucer, bowl, salad plate and a cup. Amazing quality, so cheery, just bring happiness to eat out of them.I also previously bought skillet and remakins same sunflower colour. Skillet you can use in microwave, which is why I bought it, both very pretty and great, just superior quality. Decided to spoil myself and have no regrets. Highly recommend. 150 years old company, that stand by they product, has 5 year chip replacement warranty, dishes are lead free, microwave/dishwasher safe, oven proof. I dreamed about buying them for a very long time and my dreams came true. Their customer service is amazing, they are so good. I am definitely going to be one of their collectors for myself and my family. I actually gave as a present remakins and a skillet, got for myself and my sons family. Just thinking about that makes me smile, totally enjoying my new Fiesta products. They were delivered today May 1, 2023.

I flew from Washington to Ohio to visit family and friends. A very special woman ( niece) booked a tour for us as we both love fiesta ware. Abbey gave us the tour and was very informative, interesting, funny and just plain nice! Our group of 4 as well as the others in the tour really enjoyed her presentation. If your curious book a tour, it’s so worth it! Just wish I lived closer to be able to go back again 😊

Beautiful pottery. My gosh. I wish I could purchase one of every color. We have a small collection and they are so strong. We've dropped them a few times in the sink and don't even have a blemish afterwards. The yellow and orange are my personal favorites.

Reviewing online ordering process. Excellent customer service. I received damaged products and reporting the issue and receiving a replacement was super easy. Shipping was quick and it was the fastest customer service response time of any company I've ever dealt with!
