A nightmare. Have you ever wanted to wait 6 hours for common prescriptions to be ready? This is the right pharmacy if so.I usually had to wait an hour or two, sometimes three, which I found bothersome, but put up with it. 6 hours and rude customer service was where I finally gave up on them.

An hour and a half to fill a common prescription and they weren't even busy. Not wasting my time here again.

They never have prescriptions ready when they are suppose and when you ask if there is an issue or a problem the workers are rude.

Called to ask if they would sell us an at-home covid-19 test through the pharmacy window... we had tested positive several days earlier and wanted to know if we were over it yet because symptoms had greatly decreased and we had an event coming up that we wished to attend. THEY SAID NO AND THAT WE HAVE TO COME IN THE STORE TO PURCHASE! I'm like, excuse, me, what, so you would rather us come in the store and potentially infect you rather than help us out just a little? Not too smart.

I waited 20 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru. Got to the window before 7. As I was pulling up a prescription card on my phone I was told I had to either pay full price or come back the next day because they are closing. I will always take my prescriptions somewhere else after this experience. Very rude and unprofessional.

Prices could be tweaked down a little... Like anywhere else right now though I guess l o l.. Do have a great selection of products though!

Wouldn't recommend Walgreens in New Martinsville West Virginia to be your drug store this isn't first time this happened my mom gets her medication there she has so much problems there my mom has to take medication for her blood pressure they tell her it's up there and when go pick it up they say it's not there she's been out of her medication for 4 days for her blood pressure

I honestly dont think they know what they are doing. Poor management
