I've used these guys for years. Today when I called with a plumbing emergency, whoever answered the phone was incredibly RUDE to me. Maybe be a little more diplomatic when dealing with your customers, instead of being an asshat. Called to see if they could come out to look at our AC on a Saturday. The man on the phone (didn’t say his name) was incredibly rude to me! Hope their customer doesn’t reflect their work on AC units.

Called and asked about working on my drain plug in my travel trailer...not very helpful...im not a plumber, but I'm pretty sure a tub drain in a camper, is the exact same as a tub drain in a house...
