This place is gold with the staff. Jim, Doug just to name a few are by far the reason I keep going back, very knowledgeable and helpful on anything I ask them. I have not only completed my tasks thanks to them but improved my self with the knowledge they give on the topics I ask. I can tolerate the prices because of the staff and the reason I'm giving them 5 Stars is because of the customer service that you get here. Better than lows by far and Carter lumber. The owner should be proud of the people working here 👏

Amazing staff. It’s nice to have a somewhat local store so you don’t have to go far for something you need. The staff make this store exceptional. They know what they’re talking about and are always there to help. I’ve yet to see this care anywhere else. You need just about anything and they’ll be there to help!

Excellent customer service from the man that worked in isle 4 I believe. Its a round table for everyone to obtain their building & construction items. Other areas not so happy. The men were too busy to help me because they had a very long conversation. I waited about 5 minutes just to get an answer about a product. But they just kept standing there talking. It was not until I WAS getting annoyed that I let them know.. Excuse me... I'm not trying to interrupt your conversation.. But I am in a hurry. So can you please help me?! Finally he gave me a couple prices on the 2 items I was interested in then finally he settled on the correct prices. Otherwise everything that I got for my project.. Was much more reasonable then anticipated. The cashier was also very helpful in directing me where to go and she also was able to locate my old Ace Hardware Store customer card. So overall a good experience. But I feel employees should be certain the customers are taken care of rather than chatting with your co worker endlessly.. They COULD have easily picked it back up at a later time and my experience would have been exceptional. But bc of that it was still considered good. But not great.

We came in about 15 minutes before closing time because we thought it would just be a quick in and out but it wasn't that easy, however the guy helping us was very patient and told us don't worry about it that he would stick by us until we had what we needed and he truly did, I am very grateful to them and definitely recommend this place and will be going back
