Items are consistently wrong here(ask for no beans but get extra beans & no need, get chicken quesadilla instead of beef, etc). There will always be at least one thing wrong with what you order. The cookie bag also says to use caution because it may be hot but don't use caution cuz they leave them sitting out on the counter for the A/C to keep cold and stale

They were very busy and had a long line around the building but my food was hot and because there was a 7 minute wait for the biscuit, I got a cookie instead and it was great. I didnt mind the wait as long as everything was hot and it was. Very friendly service.

Food and attitudes of the workers was very unforgivable. Serving chicken that wasnt fully cooked. Did not fully listen to order given and and we all had some kind of complaint as we dined in. And watched as others were starting to complain shouldn't have given not even no 1.🌟 they just didn't deserve that!

Taco Bell / KFC is newly remodeled and looks good. They still seem to have a few loose ends to wrap up... like no salt & pepper and no napkins in the dining room, but things will work out soon. Give them a little time.

No pot pie, waited to tell me this til there are 4 people behind me in line, forcing me to go through again to reorder. Then ordered the double gordita box only to realize when I get home that the two that I bought only had one gordita in each one. No wonder though, when I pulled through, 4 or 5 employees were behind the dumpster smoking. It's evident you don't have time to do your work, screw the customer, right? Get that minimum wage.

I actually went to the duel KFC n Taco Bell. N the taco bell has this normally priced $5. Fill up.. N they charged me $9.00! I had to drop the taco so I could afford it. I wasn't going to eat it anyway... At least not at the same meal.. But STILL... They over charged me.. N that meal is normally $5.00 like it had been for a long time. I think that stinks. But I will go back.. Only bc I do admit after grocery shopping or something out that way.. Ill swing in a get what sounds good at the moment. Ill let the manager KNOW next time I'm there..but that still stinks!

Took forever to place our order and then another 10 minutes after we places it. Wanted to order 2 apple empanadas and stood in line for 10 more minutes to find out it would take another 6 minutes for them to be ready. Waste of time going there. One person works the whole front counter and 3 people to run drive thru

Worst place ever! I have never been able to place an order without them telling me they r out of something. How can a taco bell be outta lettuce or hard shells?? And just last nite was told they were outta white meat! I mean come on! Not to mention the chicken is dry and taste awful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The taco bell food is desent that's the only reason they got 1 star!

Their chicken is always way past it's hold time or cooked in old grease. Worst chicken I've ever eaten from a kfc. Their taco bell is decent most times though and that's the only reason they got 2 stars instead of none.

15 minutes through the drive-thru. No flexibility in ordering. Was supposed to get a biscuit but was asked if I would like to have a chicken little bun instead of a biscuit. I would not recommend this place and I will not be back.

This place never has a family meals worth of Chicken ready and they always say it will be 30 minutes....you should not have to call ahead to make sure they have what you need so you can pick up dinner for your family...Long John Silver's will get my business everytime now and they are right next door...This is the one in New Martinsville, WV...If it would have let me post the comment with no star that is what they would have got...

Very slow service and the food was absolutely horrible. Service and cleanliness really needs to be addressed at this location. Would not reccomend unless you are wanting to throw good hard earned money away. ☹

27 minutes to get food for five people during dinner hours. The guy working at the register was super apologetic, but come on folks someone needs to be looking at how many people are walking in.

Pretty sad when you go to this KFC to get dinner and your told that there isNo chicken. Its about 3:30 and I was told that it was going to be about anHour. Me being dumb decide to wait...I was getting hungry so I decided to get a taco toHold me over when I was told that there wasn't any shells or sauce. Terrible experience and I don't recommend.

Super slow drive through. 28 minutes to get a bucket of chicken and I had to put it in my air fryer because the breading was kind of slimy and the chicken had a lot of pink I did not trust it.

I have gotten chicken there that was cold and undercooked. As far as service, I have waited over 20 minutes for an order several times. I have to wonder how this place stays in business.
