First off I dont like to give bad reviews. However I just ordered 8 mozzarella sticks and a frozen coke from the New Martinsville, WV store. The time was about 12:45. The mozzarella sticks were not even a little warm. It was like they sat for awhile. I dont care if they sit for a bit working in fast food is not an easy job. But these weren't even edible. The frozen coke was just horrible. Again I understand if it is runny or really thick but this was just gross.

The meal was fresh? And the service was also quick. As soon as my order was paid for I was handed it. The restaurant was very clean. It has an indoor play ground for kids.

Went here on the evening on 9-1-23 and I will tell you this was my last trip to this restaurant. After witnessing an employee “possibly withdrawing” vomit through his hands in the parking lot and then a few minutes later bring your food to the drive through I’ll never even think about going here again and I will tell everyone I know about what I witnessed! Someone better reach out and make it right!

Ordered $20 worth of nuggets & burgers 3X this week. Every order was shorted on food & nugget counts. Restaurant is ALWAYS disgusting and nasty. I'll NEVER be back!!! Avoid this BK at all cost as I GUARANTEE you you will get LOUSY SERVICE, DOG WORTHY FOOD, from the FILTHIEST restaurant I've seen in a decade. YAK!!There were about 10 reviews when I posted this one. I called corporate 3X, who offer & say that they will call you back, but never do. Funny, since me calling corporate, there are now 80 reviews....and they're back dated to be older than mine? Rigged....obvious corporate feedback manipulation. Nastiest restaurant in town. I went to Wendys and they filled a 20 burger order in 1 minute....I was blown away.

A few weeks ago was served raw chicken. Vowed not to go back. Husband forgot and ordered bacon breakfast wraps... and I got sausage. They do this every time. I think it's a game?

My aunt had plastic in her food and they said they just replace the sandwich im not driving back for a sandwich when that was odv a peice of a glove someones sweats on have 3 people saw her pull it out of her mouth after a bite the manager isn't doing there job

The food was cold. Had to go back around through drive threw again to get my fries. They were even cold. Had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for fish sandwich. It was the only thing that was hot. Not fries, large mot sticks or impossible whopper. This was around 8.30 pm. Bad service, cold food and rotten attitude

On 6/12/23 at 8 pm the drive through worker told us to get out of "line " and come back when our order is ready .. this "line" didn't exist we where the only customers there and we left do to poor mannersshe said "she had other things to do" we didn't even take 5 min . We where about to spend over 40 bucks .. turned to zero 0/10 do not recommend

The absolute worst burger King in the history of burger kings! I was a burger, King GM. They will half-fill every fry box, cold burgers every time, and horrible fountain drinks. I don't write bad reviews but this is just pathetic. I was the only person in line waiting 20 min, spending 40 dollars, and barely get enough food for only 2 people?! Theft is what this place is. I love burger King food, I'll make a darn hour's drive to Moundsville. That store knows how to run a business and serves HOT FOOD., not cold scraps.

A quick stop on the way home after a great weekend. First time I had a Double Bacon King Burger combo. The sandwich was really good and big I couldn't finish all of it at once. The onion rings were hot and fantastic. The young people working there on Labor Day did a great job.

Something has gone wrong. I love burger King but I made a trip there tonight and purchased a fish sandwich and whopper 2 for $6 and some chicken nuggets. I got the fish opened and it was paper thin and cold and hard. You couldn't even tell it was fish. The chicken nuggets were so thin also. What happened to burger king? Very disappointed. The staff was very nice but I don't know what happened to the food.

I arrived at the store around 12:30 and went through the drive through and ordered my favorite burger off all time. My order goes as follows “ I'll take a Double Triple Bossy Deluxe, on a raft, four-by-four animal-style, extra shingles with a shimmy and a squeeze, light axle grease, make it cry, burn it, and let it swim”. And the man running the drive through goes “you want fries with that”. 5/5 experience and a massive W for BK and the crew.

Went to Burger King because I wanted their onion rings to dip in ranch dressing. Told the employee twice at the drive thru that I need 2 ranch dressings, ok got you, the employee replied. Get my order drive off, get down the road and no ranch, ruined my lunch. It was friendly service at fair price, just didn't get what I ordered.

Drive-through approx 630 am today. Ordered egg-normous burrito with NO bacon and EXTRA sausage. They even read back my order correctly. Went to work and found that I got a burrito with EXTRA BACON and NO SAUSAGE. Same thing happened last week, thought it was simple mistake. Third time may be "the charm" but no third time for that Burger King. It's a shame because the food (OK, fast-food) is pretty good...if you can get what you want.

First and foremost, I've yet to meet this so-called "King of Burgers." Honestly, it's rude for him to just keep expecting us to believe in him and his existence. If I have to live a life of servitude, I'd at least enjoy knowing that the Burger King is there living a life of luxury thanks to me and my hard work.Kid-friendliness: One of the last few indoor restaurant playgrounds left... The original whopper is probably my favorite.i like that char grill taste that you just don't get from the steamed burger at other fast food places. I always ask for the zesty sauce (which I call the secret sauce) its great with fries or onion rings.

Fast food is going down hill because they need to make such huge profits.. but I can't say that it's good since it's not good for us. Full of chemical and poor quality meats. It's ashamed they can't say all beef anymore. Too many bi products in the burgers and I guess liability law suits prevent them from false advertising. But as far as the burgers taste, I'm not really a fan. I just get out voted. And it's totally not worth the price.. even a large fry ends up being more like a small to medium size order. I don't understand why they are so chinsy with portions these days, but in my opinion... It shows! Service was fast however. About all I can say for them. Oh and I didn't get any napkins either. Thanks guys! Nothing like sauce on your face and no way to clean up after yourself. At least the burgers don't go to waste.. my dog seems to love them ! Enough said? Sorry burger king. But don't worry Mc Donald's gets the same rating and just as harsh remarks.
