Needed to purchase a few containers today . The only ones in the size I needed were on the very top shelf. Alyse was very happy to find a ladder to retrieve them for me, however they were damaged. I was very pleased how cooperative, and pleasant she was. I have noticed her positive attitude on many occasions. Keep up the great work!

This in-town location has whimsical garden decor and cute decorations for various holidays. ✨Quick and convenient, this store is known by many area residents, informally and colloquially as the "Mall of New Cumberland" since it sells a little bit of everything😊. Except for crowded, cluttered aisles, which are an annoyance when shopping--especially when pushing a cart/buggy, this store is fine for its purpose👍

This store is starting to clean itself up. It used to be next to impossible to get through the isles. I can see improvements, but still away to go. They are the perfect store for a small town. They make it easy to get essentials without driving a half hour either direction.

Store is usually a mess. Always have stock out in the middle of everyone’s way. Always at least one or more aisles that you have to either reroute your cart to navigate another way around. Should come with GPS just to get through the store.On a good note they usually have everything you need. They are so far the only dollar general that has my cats food. She’s a picky little feline.

Digital coupons did not work, prices on items not consistent with ad. Paper coupon would not work on another product. Clerk was obviously content standing outside talking to a 3rd clerk and irritated she had to work. Finally left the store with 2 of the 5 items I went there to get and the cashier was visibly rude

Understaffed. Isles are filled with unstocked items and sometimes impossible to move around. Sometimes the checkout line is really long so you will be waiting 30 minutes before you check out. Regular prices

My experience with this particular Dollar General is never great. I usually go to the one in Weirton on Penn Avenue but stopped here today. The aisles are always cluttered and hard to get through.Today, after I was done shopping, I proceeded to check out. The cashier wasn't very nice, borderline rude and not friendly at all. He acted like it was a bother to wait on me and instead of handing my bags to me, I had to reach back by the register to retrieve a couple bags.Yeah. I won't be going back!

Cashier shorted me $5 Sunday the 23rd when I was there approximately 9:00 pm, I called the store and spoke to the cashiers shift supervisor, I told her I was calling corporate in the morning, which I will.

I went in and only had two items to purchase. There were twelve customers in front of me and three behind me. Only checkout number 1 was open at the time, but a sales associate was located at register numer 2. After looking at the crowd wrapped around the store, that worker, Carrie BOYLES, chose to walk outside to smoke a cigarette instead of helping her coworker and the other customers. TERRIBLE customer service on her part and extremely rude to everyone including the girl on register 1 that she chose not to help....

No employees were wearing masks even though state mandated. When I asked cashier why she didn't have one on she replied I forgot. There were also several customers not wearing masks. Public safety should be a priority even when no management is present.

I just went to the store and I dont know what happened to the management but it is not very good. When mindy was there, the service was good. The guy there was on the phone and not helping the other girl that was checking me out. The girl working there was very nice and helpful.

Always love Dollar General not always the cleanest indeed is stores but definitely have all I need the counter people could work on being nicer but that's about all

For the amount of personnel. They keep that store booming. The manager keeps orders up.Everyone is friendly as well. 5 Stars for sure.

Usually an ok experience. My only issues would be the clutter in the isles and sometimes there's just no cashier there to check you out. Otherwise kinda nice.

As soon as me and my girlfriend entered the store we were followed around. Two of the employees were whispering and staring. We paid for our things and as we were walking out we realized we needed batteries and the lady walked over to where we were looking at the batteries and stood there until we were done.
