It's a clean place to shop . Usually friendly help. The greeters are okay. Most of the time they have what we're looking for. I say most the time because it's usually busy. I like to avoid busy places. I don't go there that often. The pharmacy is a nice experience though. The people that work there are always friendly.

This is absolutely the best Walmart in the entire Ohio valley. The only difference I can see is that the management of this store must be a phenomenal team. Every time I go here the store is clean well stocked has everything you need, and the customer service is exemplary. I drive right past the new Martinsville, Walmart, and all the way to Moundsville just so I can have the better experience of shopping at this store. Truly five stars.

It's not a bad Walmart, but it is pretty dirty. The parking lot is tight so it's a little sketchy when it's busy. the selection of things they have is perfectly fine, exactly what you'd hope to find in a Walmart. The people who work there are very nice but a few are very weird and creepy too.

For being the last week in December, the store was organized and no crowding. I was able to find everything I needed and checked out with a cashier. Although the cashier didn't help put bags in the riding cart, it's a good visit

A full scale walmart, in the middle of nowhere! It was an amazing find to see such a sipercenter walmart in Moundsville. This walmart has a salon, nail spa, vision center, garden center, pharmacy bakery, grocery. The staff here is very cooperative and helpful. This definitely serves all the basic needs of people upto next 20 miles in the region. Though bring a supercenter, it is not a 25 hours place. It opens at 6 AM in the morning. The walmart also has the cheapest gas station in the neighborhood.

I love Walmart in Moundsville, WV. I only have a few problems with the store. There is no one at the jewelry counter. Also there are times I can't find stuff & people who work there are sometimes rude and won't help you.

Don't busy sweet potatoes in a bag mine had mold in them. Stunk up my house next day. Yuck. I called store and they didn't do anything about it. Said bring mold in store and trade out like yuck. 🤢

It's always very clean and well stocked and the employees are friendly and like to joke around. They even have checkouts open with cashiers if you don't like self checkout.

Out of all the Wal-Mart stores I've been to, the Moundsville location is one of the worst managed ones. They don't even answer their phones there & I've heard a worker in customer service telling an elderly man "We don't answer the phone or we'd be on it all day"... after he showed up to see if his online order was there or not because he tried calling 2 days in a row with no luck. They run out of stuff so much & seems like it takes forever for certain things to be restocked. The listed prices are wrong a lot as well. Often times you have to wait for long periods of time for assistance especially when you need an item that's locked up. They'll say it's due to short staffing but there's always a lot of workers smoking outside, standing around on their phones or standing around talking or flirting with each other. When you do ask for assistance some workers can be rude & act like it's killing them to help you. There's plenty of kind & helpful workers there as well though & they're typically the ones there allll the time being overworked. They need better management & better pay honestly.

Horrible!! Had an appt 1:00 for 2 front tires that were almost bald, took until almost 2:00 just to get checked in then they took my good back tires off and replaced them leaving the obviously bald tires on the front. I was there for 3 hours waiting for them to fix their screw up.

They discontinued the items I like and count on being there. They rearrange the aisles to make things more confusing. There is always a line that is at least a 20 min wait to get to your turn. Finding an employee to help you find something can turn into hide and seek.Walmart is not a store to look forward to going into.I will say I do like the gas station. Prices better, friendly employees, bread and milk and a few other groceries can be purchased. Usually it's quick. You can go in, get your stuff and check out quickly.

There is no selection for plus size women clothing and the section of the store that host plus size women clothing is ridiculously small. Whether u believe ut of not plus size women like to have a variety of clothes to pick from. They like to dress nice just as well as anyone else.

I wish I could give no "stars" to their automotive and tire department. I took my truck to have a flat repaired and of course, they couldn't repair the hole because they found another nail close to the sidewall which the location is debatable. Since they couldn't fix my tire I asked if they could put the spare on and of course, they couldn't do that either because the spare is smaller than the tires I have on the truck, even though I would accept the liability to get the truck home and not risk a flat on the way home. Walmart policy couldn't allow them to fix the flat or put the spare on the vehicle, but it was "ok" for me to drive the truck home with a known issue. What makes it worse is my son had his oil changed in his Lexus a couple of weeks earlier and then discovered an oil leak because of faulty labor. I don't usually complain, but today I was highly frustrated with the lack of customer service and the lack of regard for trying to help a loyal customer. But that's my fault for expecting more from corporate Walmart.

Nice supercenter. Only problem I had was that I like to buy large quantities of canned fruit so I don't have to shop often and I always ask the self checkout worker to scan one and enter the quantities to make it faster and easier. Well this time the girl said she could not do it. She said her manager said they are not allowed 🤔. Seems like accommodating customers to make their shopping trips easier would be a high priority. Not a real big deal but I probably won't go there again for my stock up shopping trips. Other than that, it's a nice Walmart.

This store is a discombobulated mess with way too many employees wondering around aimlessly like lost dogs and forget about any of them actually being friendly enough to ask if you need any help cause that ain't going to happen.Then there is the lady at the front door that will not smile or say hello when you enter the store but when you are exiting the store this same lady will come sprinting towards you to check your receipt like you are a criminalThis moundsville store is a pathetic excuse for a Walmart and needs sweeping changes from the top down as the management must be dumber than the uneducated Cretans they have working the floors and registers.Also don't do inventory during the daytime as there may actually be customers that need to get things but it's hard when every aisle is taken up with employees with scanners.I mean really that is what the night time is for

You've seen one Walmart, you've seen them all. I did know right where to go to find my items. If anyone is looking for a new TV, they are runningThere are some great prices on all sizes. I saw a 75" for under $500. I think they are clearing out their ROKU tv's since they recently bought VISIO.

Just a mile or two further than St clairsville from me and well worth it. I keep my business eyes St clairsville as often as possible. corrupt little town. If you're ever passing through and you don't absolutely need to stop there do yourself a favor don't.

Since they have remodeled the store the place reminds me of Sam's Club. They have so much of a variety of everything and anything 😍. The prices are very reasonable and have good quality produce, meats, frozen foods. One stop shop.
