I guess this CVS doesn't honor the goodRx coupons last time I went my script was 12 dollars and I had the printed papers from goodRx and it was for less than 7 dollars and I was told maybe Walmart would honor it because they don't and besides it was only 12 dollars so he wouldn't give me the goodRx price

Moved back to this area and needed a prescription transferred and they took care of it for me within an hour. They were very helpful when no other pharmacies wanted to deal with it .

I have never in my life had such horrendous service from a pharmacy. I actually switched, but was forced back to CVS because our insurance company has an exclusive contract. I hate CVS WITH A PASSION. 3 trips to pharmacy today, and I still don't have my prescription. "We're 200 people behind ". Bull$&÷+. I am done.

Moundsville CVS pharmacy is a rude, judgemental, and unprofessional, group of people ever! They will lie to you constantly about your medicine. How do they keep getting away with treating people like this? My doctor even said they are the worse to deal with. They judge you by what medicine you are on. Then if they don't like what medicine you're taking, they make up lies so you don't get what you need. They lied to my doctor too! They need to fire every one of them! Especially the dark-haired man. He is very rude and judgemental.

Quite literally. The most incompetent people. I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. I have a BROKEN HIP. And the "workers" there can't even handle a simple little perception from the ER doctor. Go anywhere else. This place needs shut down permanently.

The checkout process was awful. Cashier had to help someone making photos as well as dealing with kiosks for cash and card. About 6 -7 people were in line and she had to assist each of us on either machine. I bought a bottle of rum and then she had to come back and validate my age. After I scanned in, I timed out before I could put my CVS card down and had to start over, then bag my own purchases. I am fairly computer literate as a registered nurse. I routinely do electronic health record documentation, scan for correct medications and record narcotic use. Is this really better than a human cashier??

Ordered on-line and picked up at store. Item was ready within an hour and pick up was super fast.

Moundsville CVS. Second time I walked out and left my stuff at the register without purchase. The cashier keeps trying to push me off to self check out today I was told that if I wasn't going to use self check out then I'd have to wait as she felt playing with balloons had top priority over a customer. There wasn't a line I was the only customer in the store at the time. Since she wouldn't do her job I sat my stuff down and left. I won't be using CVS pharmacy anymore.

Cvs pharmacy in Moundsville is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Just everything about that pharmacy is pitiful. They never have scripts ready or on time. Every time they tell me another 20 minutes. Like I have ALL DAY to wait on scripts that should have been done the morning of or the day before. Good grief!!

Had to switch pharmacies due to insurance. CVS only preferred pharmacy here. Slowest, rudest, most arragant pharmacy staff have encountered anywhere. My Dr called in a new prescription. CVS told me they were out of stock. This was Tuesday. Would have Thursday afternoon. I checked Friday morning. Did not have it. They had made a “mistake” and didn’t order it in. Would not have until Monday. Would give 10 pills would last until they would have it in. Would text me when the prescription was ready for pickup. It is Tuesday PM have not heard anything. Have just about used up the 10 pill supply. Have tried to call Twice. Just get recording all staff members are busy. Someone will be with you shortly. Waited 5 minutes both times and hung up. Have gone to drive thru to pickup prescription. The wait is terrible. One time there were two cars in front of me. We waited over 5 minutes. I finally got out of my car and walked up. The lady in first car said no one had come to wait on her. The people said they were short handed for help. If u can’t staff the drive thru don’t have one. I believe the first of year I will just go back to Kroger Pharmacy and pay a little extra for prescriptions but at least they are efficient, friendly and helpful.

Grumpy unmotivated staff and they don't stock most of my medications. Try CVS in Moundsville instead, they have a drive through and also sell liquid refreshments. BRING RITE AID BACK. most annoying call in robot ever hands down.

Store was clean , however pharmacy cards need to be pulled when the store is out of that product. Spent 20 mins going back and forth trying to find something that was supposedly in stock. Cashier at Pharmacy was very rude and irritated as soon as I got in line. Maybe she is in the wrong profession, customer service very poor.

Fastest and most accurate pharmacy around. I save time just waiting at this one compared to going Martin's Ferry, which is closer to me, because this one is much faster than most, and Ferry is slower than every other Pharmacy ever!

Can never get anyone to answer the pharmacy phone. Each time I have called I've been on hold for 10-15 minutes! When I finally get someone their excuse is, "We are very busy". Well, maybe if we take our business elsewhere they won't be so busy!!
