My mom and I drove up there and was doing progressive leasing went threw the entire store to then be told we couldn't do it unless I were to make an extra purchase of 150 dollars went home with nothing called progressive and they said the total of everything would be 150 dollars called big lots to let them know they said oh well it must have just changed even tought it hasn't was laughing on the phone asking well are you comming back up , No this was the manager . Had a very bad experience.

Really great store, in my opinion. I feel like everything is kept stocked, I usually have a quick in and out trip, and the staff are always around if I were to need any assistant. There's a woman named Cheryl who is always so kind, helpful, and she does a great job with asking everyone if they would like to donate to a charitable cause (whatever that may be at the time.)

This stores management is absolutely horrible. The way tenured employees yell and speak to other employees when customers are present is absolutely horrible. It's every single time in go in i see it. I absolutely told the young lady working the register alone with a long line that she should never be spoken to the way she was and there are so many jobs out there she should never be spoke down to like that ever. Iw as to the point of harassment.. I felt absolutely horrible for her. It's been going on for years and the same horrible employees remain. Rediculous!!!!

I like this place and I've enjoyed shopping here since the 90's, BUT your workers should concentrate on customer service rather than thinking they're ship lifting detectives......it is so rude to follow someone around as they're shopping in this store and not ask them if they need any help etc. Instead they are practically over your shoulder and in your shopping cart acting suspicious themselves..it made me very uncomfortable 😣

I love this store! It's the closest Big Lots to my home, the store is well laid out, with lots of items to choose from, we even got our new living room furniture at this store, we were there on one of the 20% whole store sales. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is well lit, the restrooms are nice, clean and smell good too.

Well i like the facted everyone is very layed back and i feel comfortable going there! I got a couch from there and it was a really great price. I love the couch and they have alot of different juices than other stores. They have things that big stores don't have in stock. I have never had no problems there either.

It is a very clean store and when they are running sales you can find good bargains. However otherwise their prices are a bit high.

I called and ask if I could bring a bench back without a receipt. The worker told me it would be alright swap out the item. When I got there they said they couldn't do that. All I wanted was the same bench that wasn't broke. They were urged.

A great place to shop. They have different kinds of potato chips there . They aren't available in your favorite grocery stores. Like homemade jars of krault in sweetened juice and also my favorite green tomatoes sliced thin and shredded carrots and sweet peppers. Just like grandmama used to make . Brings back go ou d memories of grandma's canning. Try some today. Also artichoke potato chips. Sweet potato wavy potato chips with cinnamon and brown sugar, sweet potatoe straws. My favorite grocmolie green potato chips. With the dip baked in the chip. You can freeze them for months. It wont make them soft at all. That's what we do at my house. Enjoy

Big Lots is my store! I always have fun checking out the pictures, pillows, the pet section and always the holiday decorations. They have lots of snacks, too.

Always liked Big Lots although they have seemed to raise their prices tremendously over the last couple years. Unfortunately, like many retail stores these days they have poor customer service.

Can find so many deals with basic house needs and items that are more expensive else where, it is my new Walmart at this point. I wish theh had more of a stationary aisle though.
