Since we live far away, on April 23, 2024 we ordered a bouquet for my sister-in-law's birthday, who lives in Morgantown. My family and I felt simply ASHAMED for what she received. We understand are not always available and substitutions might be necessary, as it is stated in the website, but the bouquet was not even closed to what we ordered... We paid $65 (plus shipping and taxes for a total of $80) for a bouquet that looked really cheap. Furthermore, I wrote to the florist and never got an answer. Just see the pictures and judge for yourself...

I ordered online and I understand nothing looks exactly like the picture shown and it even states that as a disclaimer on their website. But with that being said I’m still disappointed and confused how different the bouquet ordered and what was delivered is. Everything else was fine ordering was easy and it was prompt same day delivery. Maybe my expectations were a little high as to what the finished product would look like.

We live 4.5 hours away & had to miss our daughter's first WVU band concert. (Mom Guilt is awful) So I googled flower shops nearby & took a chance. The lady that answered the phone was super nice, helpful & had the order out in a flash! The arrangement was absolutely perfect & our daughter loved it! They have earned my business for the next 6 years without a doubt!

Pleasant person taking order over phone and flowers were delivered on the right day. While the bouquet was pretty, it was not full with flowers as shown on the website. I spent $90 for bouquet and delivery, it was not a $75 bouquet based on samples shown. I will use a different florist next time.

I have ordered flowers multiple times and the arrangements are always beyond my expectations. I ordered flowers, balloon, and stuffed animal for my granddaughter’s fourth birthday. As an out of towner, you don’t always know who to choose online and trust the arrangement will be nice. I can share that Zaccagninis did a beautiful job in arranging and delivering flowers! Plus their website is easy to navigate!I recommend and will use them again! ( only sorry I don’t have a pic to share.)

Thank you for doing such a nice job on the Sympathy Bouquet for our friends whose Dad passed away. We live in Texas and always look for local florists when we send flowers to loved ones to let them know that even though we are far away, we are thinking of them.

I ordered something and what was delivered was completely different. Even the chocolate was not the same as in the website. They will send whatever they have. The pictures in their website is not what they send. Very disappointed

They were aware the recipient was headed home from hospital and delivered quickly. The arrangement was bright and colorful orange, pink, and white when ordered. (Get well/summer) I understand substitutions but what was delivered looked like sympathy flowers. They were very dark red and blues and it is the middle of summer....? Luckily she enjoyed her flowers so this review is in the middle. It is a compromise of happy/ not happy.

I called in to order an arrangement and balloons delivered to my daughter's dorm for her birthday. I requested lots of purple flowers and a couple extra balloons. The flower arrangement looked beautiful and everything was delivered promptly. It put a huge smile on my daughter's face! Thank you so much Penny!

I had a wonderful experience when I ordered a floral arrangement for my friends birthday. The woman on the phone was polite. They executed the floral arrangement the way I wanted. I asked for the custom bouquet to be visually interesting, big, and to be a statement piece. Also, the vase they selected was beautiful. The florist over delivered for my price range. The flowers were very beautiful and the aroma was exceptional. I will defiantly use this company again. Highly reccvomneded.

The employees are extremely helpful and patient and polite.. I sent a plant with some flowers in it to a friend at the hospital and she absolutely loved it she said its was so colorful and beautiful she said everyone commented on how beautiful it was. We requested some extras (smarties, blow pops, chips, and a few other things) and the lady we spoke with was extremely helpful and went out of her way and got everything we asked. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to make the sympathy arrangement I requested for a little boy who just lost his brother. They went out of their way to shop for a perfect stuffed animal and were willing to deliver to Kingwood! He loved the stuffed puppy!

My in-laws ordered flowers for my birthday. They were supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, but they didn't even TRY to deliver them until Thursday, even though the receipt that came with the flowers (they didn't even have the common sense to separate that part from the actual card) specifically said to be delivered any time during the day on Wednesday. I know that they didn't try to deliver them because they're supposed to call when they DO try, to make sure someone will be at your home to receive them (plus I was home all day). They didn't even apologize. I got a "Happy belated birthday" and then the delivery guy just walked away. Again, the flowers were gorgeous, but there are plenty of other florists in Morgantown--go to one of them.

I recently had this florist do the flowers for our wedding last month. I worked with Aaron and he was amazing!! The flowers were beautiful and worked perfectly for our centerpieces and bouquets, etc. Aaron was very nice and is great at what he does. The prices were reasonable. The only less than positive things I would mention are that our colors were not exactly what we had requested (we did have difficult to match colors) but looked beautiful anyway. Sometimes communication between us was a bit slow although it all worked out in the end. I would recommend their services for weddings local to Morgantown WV.

I called during a busy holiday time and requested a "non-traditional" floral arrangement ... and said that the designer could get as creative as he wanted with this birthday arrangement. WHAT a stunner! Orchids, beads, and other unique flowers that completely thrilled the recipient, her children, and everyone at Heritage Pointe. I could not be more pleased. I left Morgantown in 1983 and was happy to go online and see that this family is still providing quality products and service. A+ all around!!! Thank you!

This place completely messed up my bridal bouquet!!! Gave them a pic went over it and when i got it there was barely anything to the stupid thing! Not only were they dying but, she took it upon herself to add a completely new color that took over my bouquet without even calling me when she couldn’t get it in on time as promised! Then wanted to give me attitude!!! I hate this place they ruined my bridal bouquet! Given they did add a lot more roses to it but that is how it should have been in the first place given that’s what we agreed.when the roses were added they were all bunched in the same color and the PURPLE she took upon herself to add took over and when she added the other flowers threw them in there so there no one way I can hold it with it looking right!!!!!!!! Do not recommend

It was a pleasure working with the staff at Zaccagninis! They are GREAT! However, when the roses arrived at my wedding I was a little let down. Half of the roses were wilted (noticeably, especially by our bridal party) -- and the red dye came off an onto my dress from just a slight brush... not to mention the cake topper did not look like the picture I had shown them. 2 minutes before walking down the aisle, a rose broke CLEAN off of my bouquet!!! Like, literally fell off with NO provoking as I was preparing to walk down the aisle! I didn't know what to do lol... All in all, it wasn't a disaster by no means, I think it could have been better perfected through better communication and quality of roses. They also did a good job of working with me on a holiday!
