My sincere thanks to the store manager Randy! I came in from out of town to help out on our family farm and went with my sister to pick up some supplies we needed. We arrived soon after their supply delivery and two items we needed were still on palates. Randy took the time to go out to their delivery yard and hunt down the items still on the palates and hand carried them to us. Saved us a drive home and back again later in the week. Much appreciated! I had some car trouble on my trip out to help my sister and the subject came up in talking with Randy, he gave me some key information and assistance that corrected my car trouble, allowing my a trouble free trip home. Randy delivered excellent customer service and good samaritan help in a pinch.Thank you Randy !!!! Thank you Tractor Supply for staffing your stores so well !

The internet said this store had 8' T fence posts. I drove an hour to purchase them. To find out they did not have any! Their computer said they had 90. I can see inventory being a little off. But 90! So I had to drive to Fairmont TSC to get them.

Continued disappointment in this store every time I go there anymore. Horrible in store assistance and they don't even know the difference between annual ryegrass and perennial ryegrass. Management is horrible and they don't know jack about the products they sell or the markets they service. Some "farm/ag" store. TSC is about as legit a "farm/ag" store as Florida Georgia Line is "good country music". Zer stars if I could

Ordering process was easy and fast. I got my tags quickly. I have sled dogs and there is no worry they will lose their info tags. The only downside is that they do not offer a Double Thick tag for Adjustable collars. 1 of my 5 Sibes has a double thick nylon adjustable collar, I had to use a pliers to maneuver the collar into the Adjustable tag openings. But it can be done.

Normaly I would give tractor supply high marks as they are most times well stocked. This particular location though... Not so much. The locations physical size was at least 1/3rd smaller size of any other store I had ever been to and it showed in the lack luster assortment of items and cramped feel of the store itself.

Not as big of a selection on livestock feeds and products as some other chains, but suitable to restock quickly and good pricing for the 4-Health brand dog and cat foods if you're looking for grain free options.

Had a hard time finding help to open locked case for desired merchandise. Checking out with gift card was met with some difficulty. That said, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Signs have the wrong prices and as advertised is a lie. One employee was very kind and tried to help the best he could. Management not so much. Love tractor supply but don’t recommend this location.

This store is 1st in customer service better than the uniontown store when it comes to having products loaded for you however unless in a bind I use the uniontown store because they sell my shavings for a dollar less then the Morgantown store. Otherwise top knotch

Very bad store. .. employees not friendly at all. You should employ more friendly workers . I know is not Hilton hotel but customer service has to exist . Very bad! 😃😃😃

Carries the 4Health brand of dog food we feed to our entitled greyhound. The store is dog friendly which is great, and the chip and vaccine clinics they host are a nice touch.

Never returning to this place !Went inside three times to ask if someone could come outside and help me with a riding mower. On third try someone came to assist me. Person was unable to answer ANY question which I asked. They don’t repair or deliver.Never again.

Only thing is after I left the store from buying too large windmills my in my mailbox was it 10% off discount and it expires on the 10th and I was just there before I went to the PO box wish I still could get my 10% off I'm retired and every little bit helps got the two big metal windmills went outside and one inside at your store try to help my husband with his garden crows
