My husband adored their bagel breakfast sandwiches. I loved the oatmeal with fancy mix ins. Kids loved the muffins. Staff were friendly and helpful. They made our young kids hot cocoa that was a reasonable temperature for them to drink instead of piping hot even though I forgot to ask for it that way (thank you!). Only downside is that there is just one toilet, so if that’s a concern for you, plan accordingly.

First time in Morgantown. Came here for the weekend. Before I get too mean, the atmosphere is worth every second. The building itself is a work of abstract art, it makes you feel so at home. However the pastries are either over- or under-done. I recommend the sandwiches or lunch items, they look much better. The service is ok, but they’re very packed. So no matter how good the service is, there will be a wait.

My husband and I stopped here as we were in the area visiting. Let’s just say will definitely be back. The food and atmosphere was incredible. The staff was so attentive. As soon as we walked in they complimented my outfit and I explained it was our first time here. They went over the menu and drinks. Truly a great experience. 10/10. I picked this place based on the reviews and I’m so glad I did. Thank you for a great experience ☺️

Anni did an amazing job helping us find what we needed, recommending things for us to try, and doing it all with a smile and great attitude! We got the cappuccino, iced coffee, chocolate chip cookie, and two breakfast sandwiches. We saw the cookie and went “ooohhh ahhhh” because they were so massive. Whoever is baking there needs a raise! Because this is the best cookie I’ve ever had. Yum, yum! The sandwiches were very delectable with flavorful bacon, and the coffee was just right. Definitely stop by the Grind, and if Anni is there, tell her how great of a job she is doing.

I’ve loved the grind since I was in college. They recently added vegan breakfast sandwiches to their menu and they are absolutely amazing! They have always had delicious coffee as well. Definitely an amazing coffee shop!Dietary restrictions: They have great vegan food and drink options!

Best coffee in town. You owe it to yourself to try any of their Maple drinks, as they're absolutely delicious. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about his product and can give you a lot of hints if you don't know what to try. The sandwiches are fresh and delightful (especially the Bailey Booer :) )!

The food is one of my favorite breakfast spots! Good coffee and made right depending on who’s working the back! I enjoy every visit! The staff could be a bit more diverse! I love when I eat at places where people consists of all different backgrounds and ethnicities. It’s vibe is cool tho.

By far this is better then starbucks coffee or other massive chain shops. The store was quaint and unique. I got the milky joe and the mountainer sandwich both were good quality and the store itself is easily accessible. My only suggestion is move the menus closer together as I was looking at one end of the store to the other at items. But its not that big of a deal. Will be back to try other things and would recommend it to anyone local.

We stopped in on a Sat morning to get a quick cup of coffee. She decided to also get an egg sandwich. Coffee was good, nothing special to be honest. She said her sandwich was good not anything better then that. If I was by there and needed coffee I’d stop again but wouldn’t go out of my way.

First time in Morgantown. Found rhis coffee shop online. They have good quality coffee and a variety of espresso drinks. Bagels are perfectly toasted and love the choices of oatmeal fixings.Vegetarian options: Plenty of options. Gluten free options also offered.Dietary restrictions: good milk alternatives if you are lactose intolerant

The Grind has incredible breakfast sandwiches that you can customize to your liking. They also have a wide variety of coffee and tea drinks that are amazing, especially my favorite, their chai latte. It does get crowded often because it’s a small and popular space, so that presents an issue during the pandemic. Overall, I enjoy this place, their food and drinks, the vibe, and the staff who are super nice and helpful!

The food was average, server was average, but the lady at the bar who took our order was quite helpful and friendly. Sandwiches are nice and big, though the meat was lacking in quality. Minimal, thin bacon that didn't have flavor. One other table at the time, but still took over 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. Likely won't return.

Very overrated. Gave this place the benefit of doubt so i went twice.it looks like a cute little place . older furniture insideordered a hot chocolate each time .Basically hot milk with chocolate drizzle , tasted just like it sound likes- hot milk . Ordered a breakfast sandwich on a bun both times . 6/10 good but needs actual flavor or seasoning at least . Never seemed to have any of the goods they have a sign for. Baked goods they did have were very dry

Very chill place with great seating area- definitely not scared to show their support for local issues which is very very admirable. (The BLM signs were to die for, might get one for my dorm.) The coffee was simply exquisite and was very very cheap, 6 dollars for coffee and a bagel which is just simply amazing. Definitely the best coffee shop in Morgantown.

Had the Jack Rabbit and White Chocolate Mocha. Both were amazing. Really nice, attentive staff and cool little place downtown. Easily the best coffee in town.Only downside is there were no real seats available when I was there. They could use more space, come early if you want a seat!

Absolutely excellent. Rich (owner) dials in the grind and espresso every morning. He runs a light and dark roast (lately it's been Olympia). The espresso is smooth and balanced. He and his staff are friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He is happy to talk shop about the coffee. The food is also wonderful. Prices are very reasonable. The shop is cozy and a nice place to grab a drink and a quick bite. Highly recommend if you are in the area. This is some of the best coffee I've come across, anywhere. I visited 5 times in as many days, superb every time.

I love checking out local coffee shops on my travels. This one didn't disappoint in the least. I asked what the best sandwich was and I got a few different choices. I went with the Popeye! My boyfriend got the turkey club. Both were delicious along with his coffee and my latte. Awesome place with excellent service!!

I had a cortado and it was excellent. Very smooth espresso. It was their dark roast choice. Never before have I been offered a choice on which espresso roast to have. Milk was buttery and perfectly frothed. A very good place with friendly staff. And I’m kinda picky about coffee. Try it out.

A quant little place with a wonderful selection of drinks and sandwich’s. The person at the counter was very helpful with helping us understand the drink selection and everything tasted AMAZING!!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice spot to get a drink of tea or coffee.
